SY7681 : Undercliff, Ringstead Bay

taken 11 years ago, near to Holworth, Dorset, England

Undercliff, Ringstead Bay
Undercliff, Ringstead Bay
Looking east across the undercliff owned by the National Trust with the prominent cliff of White Nothe in the distance. There used to be a footpath across the undercliff down to the eastern end of Ringstead Beach, but this has been destroyed by landslips which are a continual feature of this undercliff. As the lower sign shows this path is now closed.
