Looking east from SW8231 : Falmouth: Pendennis Castle keep across the mouth of Carrick Roads, the wide sea inlet forming the mouth of the River Fal. Across the water we see the village of St. Mawes at the mouth of the Percuil River, and the lighthouse at St. Anthony Head.
