A historic house on the corner of Ardross Terrace and Ness Walk, next to the River Ness. It was built in 1873, to designs by Alexander Ross. It later became a guest house and hotel, for a number of years it was the Tower Hotel.

It is Category B listed, along with several adjacent buildings.
