Single-deck VDL bus YJ12 CHG in the livery of John Fishwick and Sons is on display in Bold Street as part of the 2012 Fleetwood Transport Festival (aka "Tram Sunday").
This should be captioned The North Euston Hotel. Fleetwood was a planned town laid out by the architect Dedcimus Burton for Sir Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood. There was to be a radial pattern of streets centred on a high sand dune 'The Mount'. For a time the town was the northern railhead on the London-Glasgow route and a steamship carried passengers on to Scotland. The North Euston Hotel was part of the great plan to develop the port and resort facilities.
