taken 13 years ago, near to Kendram, Isle of Skye, Scotland

Water under the moor
Water under the moor
Even in the remote tip of the Trotternish Peninsula, Isle of Skye, 21st Century man is provided with a purified water supply. Here, on the moor north of Conasta, a marker post and inspection cover mark the location of a buried water pipeline. The pointed peak of Sròn Vourlinn is prominent in the background.
