It's a pity that Geograph can't include sound, else I would include the sound of the bells. I was at the church for a funeral, of a former bellringer, and the bellringers were playing a broken peal on 3 of the 8 bells, a descending peal of 3 bells, followed by a pause, then repeating the peal but muffled.
The Church Community Room to the left of the tower was completed in 2005.
