Went on a interesting guided walk as part of the Jewish Heritage weekend (September 3rd/4th) and completed the tour outside this hospital. It has served the community of this area for many decades and is held in high regard by the Jewish community. However, the Jewish population around here has dwindled but, in the long-standing tradition of East End life, the hospital continues to serve the local people who are now, of course mainly of Asian background. A fascinating area with a blend of cultures, religion and languages.
