This was a modular footbridge dating I think from the 1960's carrying the bridleway from Wadworth to Rossington.

On the right is the spoil heap from Rossington Colliery now closed and minus its distinctive headgear.

Given its charming and evocative name this is a sadly overgrown and neglected thoroughfare. It's pictured here approaching Stancil Lane which appears to be rather more well used.
