Andrea Kendall-Taylor

ANDREA KENDALL-TAYLOR is Senior Fellow and Director of the Transatlantic Security Program at the Center for a New American Security. She is also Distinguished Practitioner in Grand Strategy at Yale’s Jackson School of Global Affairs and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. A longtime senior U.S. intelligence official, Kendall-Taylor served as Deputy National Intelligence Officer for Russia and Eurasia at the National Intelligence Council and as a Senior Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency during the Obama and Trump administrations.
