Brinkmanns Zorn
Cologne author Rolf-Dieter Brinkmann, born in 1940 and killed in an accident in 1975, introduced the German audience to the American beat literature and became himself one of the most important German avant-garde lyricists. Harald Bergmann′s filmic collage portrays Brinkmann and his late work, which the director claims as "one of the greatest abusings of the present ever written". Starting in 1970 when Brinkmann retired from the literary world, the film focuses on the media estate of the poet, especially his original audio recordings.
