Cass and Bob interview a lesbian couple who are documentarians: Jen Sheridan & Sabrina Torres of Nashville. Sabrina is a former pastor’s wife; Jen is Canadian and raised in the United Church of Canada in a much more progressive brand of Christianity than Sabrina’s American Evangelicalism. They met because, between them, they have 4 autistic children and were both active in an organization for parents of autistic children. Jen is active in lobbying Tennessee legislators for LGBT rights and is making a documentary called “Love, Hate, Church and State.” We taped this episode on May 23rd, 2016.
