Introduction to Influence
Influence managers, either directly or indirectly. Social transactions revolve around resources, thus how people get what they want can be explained. Access to sources of power, from the distinct forms of control function, amounts to analogy in human beings. Various tactics which can be applied by and purpose. influences in a relationship posit that influence tendency must be initiated as a result of personality traits and behavior. Influence can operate at different levels ranging from individual through to the more strategic and organization level. At the individual level, aspects such as professional status and charisma, risk-taking tendencies, and personal power may prove important at influencing/impressing an opinion and ultimately taking a decision. Therefore, scrupulous observation of power around the leader can provide a good picture of accessibility. Lastly, by connecting informally, politicians or eminent persons with or without a formal power can become more accessible.
Through influence, people can work in a manner to gain power and control. Influence can become an important factor for governing managers' involvement. Different terminologies like manipulation, seduction, influencing, controlling, and other similar terms revolve around the business context or any other relationship functions. Influence can occur in almost every situation of everyday occurrence, when the people are working together because resources are made available when they prioritize the interests of others.

Influence is a powerful and nuanced term, yet difficult to define, quantify or capture directly. Its nuances include motivational force, the ability or capacity to direct or induce behavioral change using incentives, the capacity to be seen arbitrarily and viscerally, and one originating from a systemic
