About this ebook

At the end of each year, we tend to reflect on our accomplishments and failures, making wishes and resolutions for the year to come. Some of us like to journal the past year or make card spreads to try to plan and predict the upcoming year, while others may be quietly reflecting, thinking back.
It can be extremely hard to find the time during the holiday season to sit down and think when everything going on around us seems to have conspired to distract us from… ourselves. I myself find it hard to journal about the aftermath of a year when my family is planning a holiday gathering, friends invite me to a party after party, and my child is writing the never-ending present list for whichever deity is popular these days. I want to be alone with my thoughts, but my mind goes back to the shopping and grocery lists.
This algorithm is meant to give you a tool to reflect on the year that is almost over in a creative and relaxing way, without having to write anything down. And, while it is process-oriented, you will have a beautiful picture as a result.

Neural connections are stable tracks, and our brain trusts their safety. Therefore, we live either in an abundance or lack, maintaining our beliefs. We make certain choices and get predictable results.

Neurographics is a form of structured art therapy that has the exact steps that need to be taken to form neural pathways in the brain. In was invented by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014 and gained much popularity in Europe with the beginning of the global pandemic.

When drawing, we re-write the old and stable neural connections, get rid of unnecessary attitudes and fears, and create a new reality and abundance in our lives.

In the process, we change our way of thinking and allow ourselves to dream and feel what it is like when dreams come true. This is why this method is so effective not only when working with fears, trauma, and negative attitudes but also for realization of goals and
