DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven 325F degrees.
Spray square 8x8 baking pan and line with
parchment paper.
With a food processor, blend graham crackers until
crumbles. Pour graham crackers crumbles into a
bowl. Add melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
to the graham cracker crumbles. Mix well until it has
a grainy texture. Lightly press graham cracker
crumbles into the prepared pan. This will be baked
with the cheesecake all at once. Set Aside.
With a standing mixer or hand mixer, cream
together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Slowly incorporate sour cream. Once incorporated,
slowly pour heavy whipping cream.
Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
Add flour. Mix until no lumps and batter is smooth.
Pour batter over graham crust and spread evenly.
