      Each day of the week corresponds to one of the visible planets and is attuned to its energy and movement.

      Sunday is attuned to the Sun.

      Monday is attuned to the Moon.

      Tuesday is attuned to Mars.

      Wednesday is attuned to Mercury.

      Thursday is attuned to Jupiter.

      Friday is attuned to Venus.

      Saturday is attuned to Saturn.
