In the same way, it seeks to obtain from you its precious oxygen tank and vital energy to sustain itself and survive, that is, "THE FUEL," which is made up of your positive and negative emotions.

     

    The idea is that you know about the covert agenda that the narcissist handles, who works at all times so that you fall into their networks. In the beginning, you will live a mirage, an oasis with a golden age of love and enchantment, which will later transform into a nightmare similar to horror films with dark shadows, directed by Alfred Hitchcock; And yet, they will be nothing compared to the black and dark suffering that awaits you next to an evil narcissist, who, no matter how you try to change him, you will NEVER be able to. Well, his super-inflated ego and his fixed paradigm of grandiosity don't allow it.

      The manipulations of the narcissist

      Preface

      I wrote this book because I have a purpose, and it is to teach each person who needs it that this demon called a narcissist is someone ruthless, who deceives for his benefit, and uses techniques, tactics, and strategies of manipulation and deception of all kinds, the what are their lethal weapons to make you fall at their feet.

In the same way, it seeks to obtain from you its precious oxygen tank and vital energy to sustain itself and survive, that is, THE FUEL, which is made up of your positive and negative emotions.

      The idea is that you know about the covert agenda that the narcissist handles, who works at all times so that you fall into their networks. In the beginning, you will live a mirage, an oasis with a golden age of love and enchantment, which will later transform into a nightmare similar to horror films with dark shadows, directed by Alfred Hitchcock; And yet, they will be nothing compared to the black and dark suffering that awaits you next to an evil narcissist, who, no matter how you try to change him, you will NEVER be able to. Well, his super-inflated ego and his fixed paradigm of grandiosity don't allow it.

      The narcissist believes that no one is better than them and that they have the right to do what they want without respecting the limits of others. Moreover, this vermin, in the entire process of predation, which it carries out through its covert agenda, fully enjoys and is not satisfied until it achieves its goal of seeing its victim prostrated, humiliated, and degraded, causing him to lose his identity, dignity, and self-esteem. The predator does not feel remorse or guilt for the evil it causes or has caused.

      So, it is extremely important that you first know what toxic relationships mean and, especially, Narcissistic Personality Disorder. You must know the covert agenda with all the manipulation and deception techniques used to play games with you. The narcissist always acts because he has studied you completely; he has chosen you for convenience due to your empathetic qualities, shortcomings, and needs that unfortunately make you vulnerable and easy prey for predators.

      The predator works on the weaknesses of your empathic personality and covertly attacks you to achieve its malevolent ends. Everything that hurts you and affects you has been carefully analyzed throughout the relationship. He has it written down and has planned the strategies in his agenda to draw or use his lethal weapons and his manipulation techniques on each occasion and perfectly, to obtain what he so desires day after day: to wear yourself out, control yourself and have power over you; as well as access at all times to his precious treasure «The FUEL,» or «NARCISSISTIC SUPPLEMENT.»

      In my book, I point out thirty-eight manipulative techniques that the despicable narcissist uses to prey on you emotionally. I describe the most important and common lethal weapons that this evil uses to annihilate you during the entire predation process. My mission is to be alert, identify them promptly and give each of them a first and last name.

      I want to prevent innocent people from falling into the traps of these specimens, scorpions, chameleons, wolves in sheep's clothing. I seek to prevent more people from suffering the devastating effects of a traumatic experience with a harmful being, such as the narcissist, who, with a covert agenda and his strategies of manipulation and deceit, subdues the victims to appropriate their soul and life; destroying them.

      In this book, I intend to provide all the information and analysis about these harmful people so that you, dear reader, can detect them before being hurt. I want you to be able to rule out any type of love relationship or any other link that is capable of having high costs related to the loss of income, assets, and, what is worse, your dignity and self-esteem.

      In this context, the main objective of this book is for you to recognize pathological narcissism by identifying the different techniques of abuse and manipulation used by the predator. Also, prevent you from falling into a life of oppression, codependency, and deception, believing that it is your soul mate, leading you to lose your energy, dignity, and self-esteem, living in permanent attention towards the abuser. Being in a relationship with a pathological narcissist causes you to abandon your agenda, goals, and objectives by being exclusively dedicated to their interests and demands.

      What will you discover in this book?

      You will discover that not all people are good, you will stop being naive, and you will understand that there are demons of flesh and blood. There are people with zero empathy, with zero love for others, that is, wolves in sheep's clothing seeking to steal your energies.

      Here you will learn to recognize a person with the narcissistic disorder since it may not necessarily be the partner but also a friend, a family member, a work colleague, a boss, or another person. With those mentioned above, I hope that, through this book, people who were unaware of this disorder know and are prepared to detect them, get away and, if they cannot do it right away, deal with them until they manage to get out of this relationship. As I state in all my narcissism books, run away if you have a narcissist in your life!

      What inspired me to write this book?

      Primarily, to provide a message to all empathic people in the world so that they can wake up stop being naive and innocent; thus preventing them from falling into the nets of these emotional vampires, which can lead us to ruin, to destitution, to having a precarious and miserable life.

      The Universe and God want well-being and prosperity in our lives, and it is inconceivable that we ignore these spiritual laws. In this same sense, we have intelligence, attitude, and all the abilities and talents to be successful in life. It cannot be possible that, with all these arguments, we cannot set limits, say NO and definitively separate ourselves from the toxic people who approach us and who want to trample on us to cover their low self-esteem and deplorable existence.

      I reiterate: we have everything to be successful people, with abundance and happiness in our lives. Let us not allow a possible momentary pleasure to destroy our future and plunge us into decadence for the rest of our lives. When we reach the bottom of that dark abyss, we will ask ourselves this question: How can it be possible that we are wonderful, intelligent, enterprising, brave, fighting beings? Could we not prevent this from happening? It cannot be that these vermin have led us to forget our agenda, made up of our objectives and goals.

      The innocence, kindness, and generosity that empathic people have makes us beings of light and love, which endows us with innate qualities of intuition that are not equal to those of these deranged beings. These virtues give us the power and ability to see beyond the obvious, which we must take full advantage of to realize the behavior of people who want to manipulate, deceive and abuse us. Here we must apply: Empath yes, fool no.

      No one should go through the traumatic experience of narcissistic abuse. No human being has the right to attack, emotionally and psychologically, another human being,
