      Richard Dennis, the founder of CD Commodities, was a famous trader on Wall Street who conducted a real-life social experiment in the early 1980s. He hired people to work for him, but instead of paying them, he paid their families.

He would take any company that had a high return on investment and high growth potential, and then look for companies that combined both of those characteristics. He would interview every single person who worked for the company, and then look for patterns in their stories.
