Week 1 My pregnant body is beautiful and strong.
Week 2 I am the perfect mother for my baby.
Week 3 I am proud of myself. I am doing the best I can.
Week 4 Mother takes a woman’s deepest fears and shows her she is stronger than them.
Week 5 I welcome changes in my body.
Week 6 My body knows how to nourish and grow my baby.
Week 7 My baby feels my love.
Week 8 My baby and I are healthy and strong.
Week 9 My body is perfectly equipped to give birth.
Week 10 I am excited about my pregnancy and, I am looking forward to a beautiful birth
Week 11 I am happy about my pregnancy, and I am looking forward to a calm, quiet, beautiful birth.
Week 12 My body is protecting my baby and, my pregnancy will be safe with the birth of a healthy baby.
Week 13 I choose every day to enjoy my journey of pregnancy, even on challenging days.
Week 14 I assertively use my voice and my words to express what I need and want. I will say no when I am not comfortable.
Week 15 I believe in myself and my ability to give birth to this beautiful being.
