      the blessing, whose name is Jehovah El Shaddai. When we walk in covenant with El Shaddai, HE gives us the right to invoke His Name, the name of the one for whom nothing is impossible. I also want to thank my kingdom son, Dr. Emmanuel Jack, and his beautiful wife, Mercy. Immediately the inspiration came to me, and I called Dr. Jack, whose gift for writing helped me write this book.

      I want to acknowledge my kingdom daughter Apostle Monica Sweeney, my ministerial assistant and coordinator of the Dallas Apostolic Triumphant church, and Pastor Blessing Ogidi.       INTRODUCTION

      THE BLESSING OF THE LORD

      The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. — Proverbs. 10:22

      Many Christians do not understand the covenant of THE BLESSING of the LORD. Some believe that THE BLESSING of the LORD is the same thing as the blessings of God, but the two are not the same thing. The difference between them is not the suffix s but the covenant power behind - THE BLESSING.

      THE BLESSING of the LORD goes beyond material things such as cars, houses, money, etc. These things are good in terms of making life comfortable and liveable. But they are not THE BLESSING of the LORD. Instead, THE BLESSING of the LORD is God’s empowerment of a person to excel in all areas of life regardless of challenges, locality, and economic state of where the person resides.

      On the other hand, the blessings of God are the natural things we receive from God, such as the free air we breathe, sunlight, rain, cars, houses, and natural things. The blessings of God are for all His creatures, including birds and shrubs.

      As Jesus taught us, Jesus said, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on, Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, 0 ye of little faith (Matthew 6:25-30)?

      Many unbelievers are rich in material possessions by dint of hard work.
