About this ebook

I wrote this cookbook for the people I love and for the cook that wants to get out of the kitchen fast, as we spend most of our time in our kitchen. It can be fun to cook. As you can see, I cook lots of different kinds of food. I like fast meals, but I also like sit-down dinners. So enjoy and have lots of fun with this cookbook I wrote.
This book is for the love I have for my friends, my loved ones that have passed on, and my husband. He has loved me for fifty-four years and ate these dishes I cooked for him.

    Small Hints to help

When making fruit salad cut oranges in half use as bowls kids love this plus you don’t have a bowl to wash.

To grease a pan with butter save your butter wrapper or maragine wrapper this will grease a cake or pie pan real well.

I use bouallian in place of salt for lots of foods like veg, meats and chicken, chicken cubes bouallian is very good in mashed potatoes in place of milk. Knorr chicken flavoring is good to.

To make your own choclate milk use powder milk, coffee creamer sugar or splenda, cinnimon and coco powder.

To make your own brown sugar put sugar in blender or food pressor, 2 cups sugar add 3 tab mosasses mix well and store in an air tight container.

Some very good, if you have a two rack smoker put a turkey on the bottom rack and a ham on the top rack then put any kind of chips that you may like on the fire and smoke until done.

Save your cabbage hearts. They go good in a stir frys.

And sugar free add. Truvia or sugar sub. and this one is gluten free.

Cut your potatoes a circle around the middle. Before you cook them skins will come off real easy.

When makeing potatoes for a potato salad. Cook your egg with the potatoes when cooking saves you time. And one pan clean up and do not forget to have you a nice glass of wine or a beer before you go to bed!!
