The Love Game - Sudhanshu Sarode
Prologue
I t was getting 10 pm. The chants of Radha Krishna were playing in temple. People were praying lord Krishna and making their way clear. I was sitting on the bench in the garden of temple from where I could see straightly the idol of Radha-Krishna. The night was crying even though in the divine presence of Radhe-Krishna. I was looking towards the Krishna with several of thoughts and questions in my mind. Everything around me was blurred and the only thing that I was able to saw was the statue of love, Krishna who had fought for his love, who is God of love, who is inspiration of couples. I have taken every step of my life by keeping his name in my heart. He was the only person to whom I had shared my every secrets of Tanisha…then what was my fault…? Is he had helped me by throwing Tanisha out of my life…or is there was mistake happened by my hands…?
I was lost in thought of Tanisha. Her image was flashing in front of my eyes. It was getting nearly one month after Tanisha had gone through my life. Every day I had cried for her. Every second I have missed her. With my every breath I have prayed to Krishna to bring her back in my life. My life had spoiled from the day when Tanisha had left me. I was dying every second in my life without my love. I didn’t chose alcohol like other lovers to forget Tanisha. Because, I still believe that my Tanisha will came in my life one day. I was completely broken without my love. Our memories were flashing through my mind. Then I saw the couple entering in temple by holding each other’s hand. Then I remembered the day when I came with Tanisha on the same place.
hey Krishna…how is my Radha…?beautiful na…I know but not as yours…Look I have bring her here…now please take care of her…I want you to always protect her…please give her every happiness in the world she want…vanish her all sorrows and worries…help her whenever she will need you…and if someday by chance I leave this world then give her every courage to deal with condition in front of her…like you love your Radha…I also love her so much…Please make our love as strong as your…and don’t let her go away from me…from now…she is all yours…please take care of my baby…
The words automatically came from my mouth. This was the one thing for which I have asked to Krishna. But things were completely changed now. I was no more with Tanisha. It was getting one month since I had not saw her and listened her voice. I was missing the way she called me Gabbu. I was left alone by her to suffer the pain in love. I was broken…my life has scattered…I was no more the Anshu of Tanisha.
It was getting 2 hours since I was sitting in the temple and still hoping for Tanisha to call me. suddenly, everything around me get dark. I was not able to see anything around me. After 5 minutes, I saw some light coming towards me from the temple. Some figure was shining bright red and was coming towards me. My heart beats was getting louder. I was not understanding the things happening around me. The figure was coming closer to me. Then I saw, the figure was of a girl wearing red color sari. Her face was too brighten that I was not able to see towards her face. She was coming closer to me. The girl was looking familier to me. When she came near me, my heart skipped a beat. She was my Tanisha…My love…she was wearing the red color sari with rose in her hands…she came towards me and sit beside me on the bench. She was looking like Godess of love. She was not speaking with me nor did I. She put her hand in my pocket and took two threads from it. She tied it to my hand and then started walking away. I was following her…not saying a single words…I was feeling her fragrance…I kept her following…and then she stopped for a while…I came close towards her…I closed my eyes…I feel her presence…and then she suddenly left away…I was still searching for her…then a voice came behind me…
Beta…you must have to leave now…your parents will be waiting for you…
A man in the temple handed over the rose and tied thread to my hand which I had brought for Tanisha and me during our first date.
I was again pushed into the loneliness and there were no one round me to listen to my heart…I was crying for Tanisha…and my heart was screaming in the pain given by Tanisha.
Planning…
Anshu…please take your raincoat with you Beta. You are already suffering from cold
Amma shouted from kitchen. But no matter for me…I was just ignoring her and proving myself that I was ok.
It was raining few hours back in our city and I was suffering from cold. I had just came from college and was watching the songs on T.V. After a couple of minute, I heard the irritating sound of bike. That noise was tremendously unbearable and ear fucking. It was Amit’s bike. He had replaced the silencer of his bike to create the sound like helicopter.
Now let me introduced my first Girloholic friend
Amit, a strong muscular boy in our class and unfortunately my friend. Amit was famous for his playboy nature. He had dated number of girls but didn’t fall in love yet. He had his own fantasies about the love in his life. He had spent the thousands of rupees for his physique. Though he had dated number of girls, but he was still virgin. He was the die hard fan of Hanumanji…but the difference is that…Hanumanji runs away from girls…And Amit runs toward girls.
Please change your bike yaar…it lowers the standard of us…why don’t you change your silencer instead of wasting money on girls…?
I suggest Amit by putting my fingers in my ear to save my eardrum to get crack by unbearable voice.
The rain has zipped his pants and stopped peeing on Earth now. We have to go to the lawn for the preparation of our fresher’s party for next day.
Ohh…sorry…I haven’t introduced to me yet…Me…Anshuman…Struggling successfully in Engineering because of the force of my family. Though I was in third year, but still look like first year boy with cover of spects on my fish like eyes. The best and worst thing me that I didn’t dated any girl yet. Unfortunately or fortunately I was the president of civil engineering forum and this forum helped me to be around the hot cheeks in our department. The girl, name Sharayu had stolen my heart away from me when I was in second year and I was still struggling to convey my feelings to her. I was not confirmed about the love and attraction…but I like Sharayu.
No one is in the office. You get late asshole. Now what’s about tomorrow…you have to manage all the things
Ravi frustrated over us as we got late.
ohh…come angry young man…everything will be fine tomarrow. Anshuman will manage everything. After all he is going to host the party with his crush
Amit relaxed Ravi by patting on his shoulder.
I know Anshuman is going to host the party with his crush Sharayu…I am sure that your ball is going to crush by nervousness baby…
Ravi replied by pulling my chicks.
My friend had pushed me one step closer to Sharayu by giving me chance to host the party. They were trying their best to bring her closer to me, because they wanted to see their friend in relationship with Sharayu. I have promised to throw the party for them if Sharayu will accept my proposal tomorrow. My friends can do everything for party. Really, friends will be friends.
Now…let me introduced my second buddy…Ravi…A 6 feet long university cricket player and die heart fan of Sachin Tendulkar. He is the man with ethics and values. He is totally unpredictable and he lives his life with his own way. His voice is so powerful and effective that any person will fall in love with his voice.
I am getting nervous for tomorrow. This is my first time that I am going to share the same stage with Sharayu. Why you guys had forced her host party with me…?
I said by exhaling my breath to get relaxed.
Don’t worry Bhai…we are sure that you will rock the party. And then junior girls will come to you for help. Then you only have to do one work…you have to just tell them that Amit sir and Ravi sir will help you in any problem…That’s so simple my boy.
Amit said by replying the message on his phone.
Shut up you hungry ass. Don’t you see anything in your life than girls. Just go and get your sex change so that you will get official permission to go in girl’s toilet to fulfill your desire
Ravi put his nose in discussion.
You guys please keep your mouth shut foe god’s sake. I am getting tensed here and you are fantasizing about junior girls
I shouted over them.
ohh you boring fellow. Wake up the man inside your pants and see the world. You will fall in love with girl.
said Amit.
Girls are not toys to play. Instead of waking man in your pant, wake up the human being in your heart. You will respect girl. Understand.
I shouted on Amit.
I didn’t like the boys who use the girls as toy to fulfill their physical need. People always used the name of love for getting satisfied to their hormonal need. Love is not the thing which ends on getting in bed with each other. Love is pure and the divine feeling in which you respect your partner and then make your love to travel the long journey of trust.
Ohh… I am sorry. But you will understand the meaning of my word one day…I guaranty it.
Said Amit
Why do you think so…? I mean what’s your problem with girl. If you have problem with girls, then why do you always ran behind girls…?
Ravi asked Amit.
I don’t know…now lets close this topic. Let’s go to Shivtekadi…it’s getting so boar here.
Amit broke the conversation and then we drove our bike towards Shivatekadi by splashing the water on each other with our bikes.
I was sitting behind Amit and he was driving his bike on full speed on sliparry and undulated roads of Amravati. With the incresase of his speed, my heart beat was also increasing. I hold him tightly because I didn’t want to end my life before my marriage.
Dude, it’s ok to be late than late
I murmured.
Oye…don’t worry…you are sitting on Amit’s bike. If I am here…then there is no fear…
Amit said proudly.
Then after 10 minutes of drive, we finally reach to our destination. There were lots of people who was enjoying after rain snacks. This place is famous for fulfilling the desire of your hungry stomach. Ravi saw the panipuri center and looked toward me with puppy eye.
ok Bhaiya…now Anshuman is going to give pre party for success of his love
Ravi said by parking his bike.
What…I have not proposed her yet…and you are asking for party…?
I said by rising my eyebrow as I only have some rupees in my pocket.
We don’t know anything…just get your pocket empty…
Amit interrupted.
‘Come on yaar, behave like Engineer…who will eat panipuri on this rainy days…and don’t you noticed that man who serves to people. His pants are so sticky at his back. It looks like he didn’t wash his ass in morning from a week…look at those flies that are sticking on his bumps and you are going to eat that panipuri" I tried my best to escaped from giving party but I get failed in that and then I eat those panipuri for which I was putting objection few minute back.
After having sticky panipuri we went upside and find a proper place to settle down our bumps. The fragrance of moist
