Hello friends,Thank you for taking a moment to check out my site. I hope one of my stories catches your attention. Love to hear from you. Please like me, follow me and above all, tell someone else. I would be so grateful.I love to write, all kinds of stories. I am interested in real pirates from long ago, spaceships of tomorrow and all the time travel I can get. When I am not writing, I am thinking about new stories to tell and try out. Love to attend campfires and volunteer in classrooms often. A great place to entertain and experiment on themes.Hope to be invited to your campfire one day...Have fun and keep reading, dreaming, writing and hugging those you love most.

    1) Silent Wisdom

    Did you see?

    Did you look?

    What do think?

    They are so… … ?

    Words heard directly,

    indirectly or by accident,

    but never by intent.

    Not things you would say…

    to anyone’s face,

    especially theirs.

    No!

    Not things you would sing.

Not things that you would want…

    said about you,

    or your family.

Let the words die before they live.

Let the shadow of their ugliness,

roll off the backs or pure white ducks.

    Swimming in small lake,

That turned out to be an ocean.

    That ended up the sea.

    Forgetfulness.

    Welcoming everything,

    that should be silenced,

    long before it is

    ever…

    given breath.

2)The Care and Feeding of Ideas

    Someone wrote them down.

    Words, on parchment, various kinds.

    Someone else...

    probably edited, and formatted,

    and thought through, and revised,

and then it was all re-written.

    After consideration,

    adulation,

    spontaneous combustion of excitement,

mixed with the revelry of plain crazy,

    forwarded to the publisher...

    for Publishing!

    That is not the end,

only the beginning of the adventure.

    The journey from thought...

    to tangible texture.

    Paper.
