1. Five Day Diet Magic or Fad?
The 5-day diet provides very quick results. It gives people a quick start on their diet, but it is more of a motivational tool than anything else.
This is a restrictive diet because it is only 5 days long.
1. When you rise in the morning, wait no longer than 30 minutes and eat a starchy food like eggs or toast.
2. Eat your lunch by 1 p.m. and make sure you add lean protein such as beans or steak, plus mixed vegetables.
3. Eat what you had for lunch for your dinner and before 8pm.
