About this ebook
In Paris, women disappear under strange circumstances. Sandrine, who is used to public transport, is convinced that the elegant, rather charming man she meets one day in a train is the man everyone is looking for. In parallel, we follow Coumba, a friend of Sandrine's, who is going to meet the man of her life one evening at work. Yet, in all this sordid climate, an unlikely link goes between the two young women, without them even knowing it. And just like the author of this book... you won't come out unscathed!
Jean-Luc Bolo
Former musician, Jean-Luc Bolo has always been fond of words, poetry and literature (like that of Victor Hugo, Maxime Chattam, Saint John of Persia, Aimé Césaire, Stephen King, Franck Thilliez, etc.) also beautiful rhetorics because of their sententious fibers. Tired and scalded by the disillusions of the French and English-speaking musical system, closed and viscerally endogamic due to certain conflicting, fruitless and sterile artistic relationships, he suddenly reoriented himself towards an art more lonely and less interdependent of Machiavellian and stupid people: the writting of stories. Too many recurring false notes caused him to lose something but certainly not his pen. He flew towards other artistic skies, more literary and scriptwriting. Just like music, books and movies have always lead his dreams. It is therefore not very surprising that he gradually abandoned the melody of his notes, for the musicality of his words. Now he invests more in letters with more soul. He regularly tackles the writing of stories and scenarios, generally focused on fantasy, thriller and horror, while nevertheless making some escapades towards the social dramaturgy. From his dark stories, but nevertheless imprints of lights, he hopes eventually to write his letters of nobility in the form of a literary and scriptwriting genre that he loves the most. As he often says, he wishes to explore the depths of the human soul in order to expunge its vilest instincts because man is a virus, of which he himself is the remedy. Some of his early stories are already available as ebooks on Amazon and Smashwords, but the best he says is yet to come. His favorite personal literary quote:We never turn the page of a beautiful story

In a Parisian apartment, in the morning, movers were busy sporadically dropping off a client's personal belongings.
Please put it there,
she said to one of them.
No! Please put it here, please,
she ordered another. Her name was Sandrine. She was a sunshine girl with caramelized skin, of Guadeloupean origin, wearing a beautiful tousled afro. She was in her thirties. She was moving into her new Parisian apartment. She had been living in the 9-3 for 5 years and was getting tired of staying in this suburban bosom. The city girl
that she was wanted to aspire to become a pure Parisian girl
, ready to explore new horizons and new neighborhoods. Her wish has now been granted, with this new apartment in the 15th arrondissement. About ten minutes later, the movers had finished unloading everything and then left the premises. Sandrine was finally able to lie down on the sofa in her living room to take a breather.
"Oh boy, what a day! » She said to herself, lying down with her hand on her forehead. All of a sudden there was a slight pop on her smartphone. It was a notification from the 20MINUTES information app. Sandrine clicked on it mechanically, as usual. The article revealed the disappearance of a fifth woman, within two weeks. All of them lived sporadically in various districts of Paris. The first two lived in the 16th, the third in the 7th, the fourth in the 18th and the fifth in the 13th. The article of the application advised to remain cautious and to notify the police in case of location of the individual or any information likely to advance the investigation.
− Damn! Another frustrated psychopath that. Damn, it doesn't stop...Damn...Anyway! No need to be in a bad mood today, she said to herself before closing the article and leaving the app. At the same time a FaceTime call appeared on her screen and immediately put a smile back on her face: it was her Malian girlfriend Coumba with her exalted ebony skin. She had long braids on her hair, a harmonious face and sculptural plastic. Sandrine, with a smiling face, picked up the phone.
− Hi sista! She said. How's it going?
− Me, I'm fine, sweetie. How are you doing?
− Same for me. I just finished putting all my stuff down with the help of the movers. Now I have to unpack and move it all back to my place. Where are you now? I see you jogging around in a room. Are you at the gym?
− Well, as you can see, honey.
− Okay. Why else would you call me pretty? Asked Sandrine across the screen.
− Was it to find out if you didn't need me for your new flat? Anything... I can come and help you if you want.
− No, don't worry about it. No, don't worry about it. My brother will come and help me with this. He's coming by in about an hour today to help me unpack and set up. That's why I took Monday off. To go about my moving business.
− Okay. No worries.
− Thanks a lot. You, on the other hand, I'll have you over to my house first thing in about a week or so. When everything's up and running. Don't worry!" Sandrine said, winking at him.
− Well, I hope so.
