About this ebook
This is the real life story of how I lost 100 lbs, in 100 days.
It has been over a decade now. And I am finally ready to write this book on this experience in my life.
Are you read for it?
I hope you are, because the information inside of this book is as real as it gets.
At one time in my life, I had let my weight get up to 320 lbs. Yes, that is more than most bathroom scales can count to.
Inside of this book i talk about how, and why I decided to turn my life around for the better, and lose an enormous amount of weight, in a relatively short period of time.
I want to share this time in my life with you.
The reason that I finally decided to write this book, is because I really feel that it can benefit so many people. And not just people who are trying to lose weight.
But all people who have struggles in life.
We all have them.
This is just one of my personal struggles that I went through in life, over a decade ago. And I am proud to have left it where it belongs. In the rear view mirror of my life.
I won.
And I want my victory to motivate you to defeat you're own struggles, whatever they may be.
I appreciate you joining me on this journey. And I will see you on the inside.

Men, do you want to know how my natural testosterone catapulted more than 65% from age 39 to 41?! This is not supposed to happen naturally they say. Our testosterone is supposed to decrease as we pass 30 years of age. Well, mine skyrocketed out of the atmosphere as I went into my 40s! And it is staying around 1000! My testosterone at 39 was not low. It was on the high end for 39 years of age, at 619 ng/dl. I have spent several years figuring out the true age reversing secrets. That apply to both men and women. But for men, the byproduct of living what I call the EXTREME Age Reversing lifestyle, is a natural testosterone rise that is supposed to be not possible. I am not saying that all men have the potential to reach test levels that I do. But, if they live a true age reversing lifestyle fully. Their testosterone WILL increase. I live this. This is my obsession. I know exactly what it takes. And it isn’t a cake walk. It is a complete overhaul of life for most people. The four elements to reversing age are through – Diet – Lifestyle – Mindset - & lastly the Training, and Exercise. Training is actually the least important if everything else is perfectly done. I know that we all can have the attention spans of a 2 year old at times. Especially in this fast paced, got to have it now world that we live in(snap – snap). But please, I am asking you to make my efforts in writing this book not be all for not, by you skimming through, or speedreading it. That will not serve you well, I promise. I really want you to read this book in a relaxed, calm frame of mind. You owe this to yourself. The information that I put together in this book is priceless. And I had to go through several hell’s in my life in order to figure all of this stuff out. I am writing this book now, as I am in the best time of my life. The things that I say here, are really a watered down version of just some of the issues I was dealing with at this time. Sorry, but for my own health, I need it to be this way. Rather than dwelling on the past, and putting myself into a funk, as I write this book. I am choosing to not disclose every single detail about what my life was like at this particular time. This does not take anything away from the powerful message I am trying to get across inside of this book. The message I am trying to shout from the roof tops here, WILL add years to your life. And those years will be the most amazing years you can imagine. You will not find this message by skimming through the pages, looking for a miracle.
These are two of my old drivers licenses that I carry with me in my wallet. The one on the right, is from 2004, when I was 27. And the one on the left, is from 20006, when I was 29. I will keep these on my person for the rest of my life. Looking back now, I can see that the 20004 image was the tipping point, as to how much weight I could carry on my body, and not be a total fat mess. I was 275 lbs in that picture. And honestly about 10, 0r 15 lbs over my limit at that time in my 20’s, when I was able to hold a really large amount of muscle mass.
This is around the time when I let it all go, and eventually found myself weighing around
