About this ebook

'Soul Chants' is a diverse selection of discourses of esotericisms, which covers life from the soul, as it travels through the garden of lifes thorns, from the seed to the pod. Spiritual and philosophical, these discourses capture profoundness with soul searching topics that every soul should feel, and relate to, as it passes through the waterfall of its own awakening, from birth to death.

This Northern Irish prophetic medium, Adrian mc Grath utilizes his metaphysical awareness to enwrap himself, within these discourses, as they touch the basis of the soul, "especially the question and answer session" due to the form and depth of conveyance. As the dictation of structure touches your inner essence, you become enveloped within the flow, as a new world of inner vision opens up, and it leads you on a path of inner connection. As you become wrapped within these words of ancient, thought provoking discourses, where the beauty of the spirit is actually felt, allowing one to look within. As the soul finds it's rose, alongside the thorns of life, as petals unfold to the beauty of you.

Author

Adrian T McGrath

A Northern Irish Prophetic Medium, who encapsulates the essence of the soul and spirit, as it's interwoven into our daily connection of life. Adrian's, a quiet gentle soul whose essence exudes an element of peace, a modern day seer of souls, from his inner communion of thoughts and voices, as life through Adrian's eyes, touches the essence of life within each of us. His character is somewhat reserved, combined with a great inner focus of the true spirit within all of humanity, and its this drive to connect with people on a wider spectrum, that created this book. Allowing the power of words from a soul, to touch the essence and purity of life, as he reflects on this shore we walk together, beneath the sunlight and shadows of dusty mountains. His sincerity and strength touches something special within you, as he allows us into his soul, and vision of life. Awakening a deeper reflection beyond our eyes, as he stretches the mind to look within, and beyond life. For life is very prominent, in and around Adrian, as he works as a Paramedic in his day job, where the harshness of life is seen on a daily basis, although beauty of new life balances that mix of trauma. He expresses his soul, like that of a poet seer, awakening that inner purity and connection we all have to life, within the elements around us, incorporating that communication of spirit survival, from beyond the veil. The photographs included within this book, where taken by Adrian, that is another passion, 'nature photography.' He was granted the Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society (LRPS) for nature in 2007. His one hope, that one can learn and understand a little more about ones soul, 'as you're a witness to your own soul.'

    Preface

My name is Adrian Mc Grath; I was brought up by two lovely parents who expressed the true meaning of unconditional love, with that came three adorable sisters, who have supported me throughout my own soul travels to date. We all journey upon different paths, at some stage we must look at our own reflection, and it’s my reflection that stirred this book, a listening to the soul one may say. Never in a million years would I have thought I would been writing this preface, for just lets say the school days weren’t important to me. Throughout my life, I was a quiet blonde haired child, who was comfortable in his own space; looking back, I would have wondered many miles but never got lost. My awareness I guess was just to trust my own intuition and inner voice, there was always an awareness of something walking with me, but never could I pin point it. Its only over the last 5 years that I have learned and accepted, that it was energies I was picking up on, as I was always able to feel peoples emotions and feel there thoughts so to speak.

In 2004 the Belfast Spiritualist Church was a great educator for me, as they confirmed I was not going insane, and those visions and feelings were just the soul, the energy of the spirit, guiding and helping those sensitive to energies, I guess. I have met many friends along the way, and I would say some of them would be soul mates. ‘Like different feathers upon the wind, but some collide a little closer.’ I have connected with soul friends in America and Sweden, extending to Norway and England, and of course here in Ireland. Soul Chants then, is a collection of soul thoughts from those inner whispers, are they from higher realms?

Yes I do acknowledge that although these writings come through inspiration, the subjective voices are not my own blended thoughts or dictation on a daily basis, as some will confirm. As one has to do something with a head and soul, full of words, so you could say it’s a two-way thing, the higher self and the Spirit Inspirers.

The depth of these writings will hopefully stir those questions within your own soul, and some may disagree which is fine and honourable, but listen to your true self, surely your own seed, and consciousness will spark something within you, taking your ascension or curiosity, a little further upon your mountain, within the openness of your own mind. In addition, just think, what if.

So from one soul to another, I hope you enjoy and allow your own mind to challenge itself, with openness in what’s the universal question, am I eternal?

    Foreword.

As you read the passages of this collection of inspired writing, you may find that you can hear, and feel the words being spoken directly to you, spoken by a wise soul who wishes to pass on the knowledge of his experience both of physical life, and life in the Spirit World. Within these passages, layers of thought, ideas and inspiration unfold to invite the reader to look deeply at themselves, and the world around them, both visible and invisible. We are invited to look beyond what we see, as our daily reality, to look within, to use our mind and imagination to blend and commune with the light and power that is within each of us, and with that blending, open our awareness to the reality of the Spirit World, to reach a point; ‘Where all commune at the table of wholeness’ ‘With no barriers or misconceptions’.

Using powerful poetic language and imagery such as, ‘The granite light pierces that Spiritual connection of your inner light and those around you’, and ‘You can paint the most amazing picture within your mind, for you are connected to the very stars and trees before you’. We are left in no doubt that the mind behind these words wishes to open our eyes to the possibilities within ourselves, the power of our Spirit, to tell us that we are connected to one another, we are connected to all that is in the physical world, and in the Spirit World. In the passage ‘ A Soul of Time ‘, we are told ‘A Soul of Time is like a book with no pages, it’s the process of life itself that will produce the pages’. This is one of the great Spiritual Truths. It is by living, and gaining experience of life with our companions that we grow in knowledge and understanding of the world around us, and the Soul within each of us. In this particular passage, we can see that the Communicator wishes us to fully live our lives, to express ourselves, and our Soul within.

As you read these passages, allow yourself to be drawn into the beauty of their poetry and imagery. The philosophy contained in this collection of inspired writing is both powerful, and in places very moving. They offer the readers the opportunity to look within themselves, to find their own stillness, to think deeply about their own Spirituality, and perhaps take a fresh look at the beautiful world around us.

I hope that all who read these passages find them as inspirational, thought provoking, and uplifting as I have done. I had the privilege of meeting Adrian McGrath, the Medium through which these passages were given, when on a course at Stansted Hall, the Headquarters of the Spiritualists National Union. His gentle strength and deep sincerity were, and continue to be, an inspiration.

∆ A teardrop, something so small, yet so pure as the essence releases an openness of ones soul, a reflection of genuine clarity and pain, as it can touch the fearless, as a rock will always absorb the essence of purity, when its water of the soul, for the soul.

∆ The stillness of death will command of us all, as we become that picture on the wall. For death becomes that frozen lake, as the absence of activity has become stillness, but within the stillness there’s activity.
