Sadie Thethe Sheepdog
Meg, the mother sheepdog had 6six little puppies. Thq! WereThey were now a few weeks old and their eyes were open. They loved to cuddlencuddle up to Meg as she was lovely and, warm and soft. As each day went by, they got bigger and stronger. They were hard work for Meg now. They made her feel very tired and weary.
One day, a lady and a little boy came to see them. They came to choose one of the puppies. Each little dog was to have a new home. Meg felt very sad, but she knew that it would be for the best. All the puppies were much too big for her to look afterdafter. They needed a Mastermaster or Mistressmistress of their own.
Oh, which one shall we pick??
said the little boy, whose name iswas Paul. I'd
I’d like them all..
How about that lovely little one.? She is beautiful?,
said Mrs. Brown, the little boysboy’s mother. She ha‘has a big, white fluffy collar and bib and nice markings..
I like that one totoo,
said Paul. Can we have her?" she's
? She’s my favourite..
Yes,
said his mother.
Paul picked the puppy up. She started licking his nose and cheeks. _Wriggling, wriggling so much that he almost dropped her.
Mummy, she like bmelikes me already,,
said Paul excitedly .
We are going to have so much fun together..
