About this ebook
Full Mood is about the myriad moods we face in life. We are not the same but we are closer alike than far apart. The work I present speaks of anguish, pain, hope, love, sensuality, nature and God. My deepest wish is for the reader to take to heart the calm voice of Self. It gently reminds our Spirit: we are never alone.

Clutches at Reality
The rain is mist
The air is light
As I look around, I feel the sound
Of a heartbeat
And I know that it is my own
The meaning I cannot find
Can’t feel the heat only a dull throb
The trip I took was oh so bright
Re-living colors of the past night
Then I become dry again
Like a dry, withered leaf
So hard to breathe
I feel the rush of colors
Screaming at me
Shrill high-pitched screams
Then the door slams cold in my face
I have come back from my trip
It is then that I discover
That I haven’t been anywhere
Suddenly I am painfully aware
That I must stop
Vowing never again
But here comes a friend
It alleviates temporary pain
Allowing me to see the colors
Haven’t the strength to turn it down
Once again the colors are there
I’m alive so wonderfully alive
But this life causes death
The death of my people
They reach out to me but I cannot grasp
Fury blinding reason I try again
Our fingertips meet
For that time I am whole again
Then I lose touch reality slips away
The void reappears
I ask for help and am denied
I cannot find life inside
Ancient one’s call time to go
I am beseeched to join them
What keeps me I do not know
Only know that I am alive
And that I wish to let go
To feel the coolness of death’s grasp
I must have it
Wait don’t let me destroy
Let me have a breath
No let me leave this hell
Startled
Two hearts
engage spades play
await their first newborn
black child named the night beautiful
substantive proof of love
life slap startled
she breathes
My Paradise
Paradise gleams in your eyes
To feel your love surround me
In all I aspire to share with thee
The beauty living in love indeed
To see you truly love aglow
Ne'er doubting destiny's
