About this ebook
Jessica is a young, no nonsense, career driven American psychotherapist that knows what she wants.
Traveling to London on business, she meets Maximus Drake, the rude, egotistical, amazingly talented bad boy lead singer of the British metal band Blood and Guts.
She is not impressed, and doesn't even know his music.
After getting off on the wrong foot at the airport and on the plane, they find themselves having to stay in the same hotel room in London, even though they apparently can't stand each other.
As events unfold, Jessica digs down and unveils the real Maximus Drake, and what she finds is someone even she can't resist.
This 30,000 word novella is the beginning of a much longer trilogy that will be continued as long as there is an interest from the readers.

Guitar Of Love (A Rockstar Romance) - Twyla La Creme
Chapter 1
I don't know if I like you going so far away, but I know that you're just doing it to better yourself and enjoy what life really has to offer.
My mother was just beside herself, because her little girl was just invited to a symposium in England, and they actually wanted me to speak as part of the panel. Becoming a therapist was foremost in my mind, and having the opportunity to spread my wings was too much for me to take and I had to grab it in both hands.
Don’t worry, Mom, it's not like I'm going to some war-torn country, as England is very safe and I will have somebody waiting for me at the airport to pick me up.
I don't care; it's just that you haven't been away from us in all your life, so it's going to take a little bit of getting used to, to see you fly off to parts unknown. Your father wanted me to tell you that he is very proud, and to bring him home a statue of big Ben.
She smiled at me, and we hugged, sharing a couple of tears and then she helped me pack for my flight. The plane wasn't going to leave until the morning, leaving me tonight to enjoy one of my many movie nights with my mother and possibly my father, if he was able to get out of the office before midnight.
We had decided on a few chick flicks, with only one being action adventure and my father's favorite by the name of Diehard. Even after all these years, he loved every one of the diehards, but his fave was always the first one in the high-rise.
Unfortunately, he never made it back home until after 2 AM, and was just too damn tired to want to stay up and watch movies all night long. Kissing us both on the way to his bed, we watched one more movie and then called it a night.
At the airport, I made sure to tell my parents that I didn't want them there, because I just didn't know if we could say goodbye without shedding more tears that weren’t necessary. Standing in line, I heard somebody say, I don’t care if the flight is full or not mate, and I was promised a first-class ticket, and I am not going to leave here until I get it.
I’m very sorry Mr. Drake, but there was a mix up in your reservations, and unfortunately we just don't have any more first-class tickets. We'll try to fix this before the flight, but I really don't see anything we can do at this moment.
Bloody hell! I am a rock star, and should be treated like one wherever I go. This is unacceptable, and I want to talk to your manager right now.
I could see that the attendant was getting upset, but they had always been taught to believe that the customer was always right. She left him and went back into the back room, probably to have a few words with the manager, making us all wait in the aftermath. I couldn't believe the gall on this person, and the way that he was talking to her was appalling, but I just didn't like getting involved in other people's business, or making any sort of waves whatsoever.
I could see the back of him, and he had long black hair almost all the way down to his ass, and a black leather jacket with some kind of stenciling on it that read ‘Blood and Guts.’ I've never heard of that band, but from his accent, I would say that he was probably from England, Ireland, or even Scotland for that matter. He was probably over here trying to make it big in the United States, and was on his way back after failing miserably. At least that was what I was hoping, because I wasn’t particularly interested in hearing any more of his mouth.
An older balding gentleman rushed out and addressed him. You’ve asked to speak to me, and my name is Harold Williams. I am the manager of this airline.
Did I ask you your Bloody name, when all I want is satisfaction, and the first-class ticket that I was promised?
For some reason, my eyes strayed down his body, and then I was looking at his fine tight ass, and wondering how such a person could have such a beautiful body. The leather pants were tight and made his ass looked like a nice pear shape that I just wanted to reach out and grab, or better yet take a bite out of it. Shaking my head, I suddenly had an image of him between my legs, and just couldn't imagine that he would be any sort of lover at all. If he could just shut up for a few minutes, I would certainly like to make his body into a wonderland, but I just couldn't see how I could do that with him talking at the same time.
I’m sorry, but there really isn't anything we can do, but for your inconvenience, we will try to get this rectified and even give you the first-class treatment in the economy class. The best we can do is offer you a free ticket on your next flight, and also give you a free champagne glass in your current seating arrangement.
I am not happy, and I will not tolerate being treated like a second-class citizen like all of these people around me.
He was moving his hands around, indicating all of us that were waiting patiently for him to finally finish his rant and move this line along. I’ll have you know that I am very well respected, and nobody treats me like this and gets away with it.
I understand your predicament, but there really isn't anything we can do, besides comp you for your ticket, and apologize profusely.
The rocker grumbled under his breath, and then picked up his carry-on and went over to one of the seats to wait for the plane to arrive. At least now we could move this along, because if I were a man, then I most assuredly would have grown a beard waiting for him to get out of the way. It was these types of people that made life difficult for the rest of us, and I didn't care how attractive he was from behind, I wasn't going to give him the time of day.
Making my way over to the seats, I sat down four seats away from him, allowing myself a clear and up close view of his face. It was my hope that his face wouldn't match what I had seen from behind, but the stubble on his face, and the small goatee under his nose was making it hard for me to look at him and not wonder what it would be like to be with him, then he had to open his mouth and ruin it all.
He was on the phone and I could hear him say Bullocks...and if you don't fix this straight away I am going to fire you and find somebody else that can do the job. I don't care if it's not your fault, because you are paid quite well to make my life bearable. I don't want to have to worry about silly shit like this when I need to concentrate on my music.
This wasn't the first time that I had seen a temperamental musician, but this guy was taking that term to a new level. Just be ready for me to take a stitch off of you when I land, and you better be waiting for me at the airport, or expect to be replaced.
This guy was beyond arrogant, and I had to look away, or risk wanting to put him in his place. If I had to listen to him for much longer, I was going to lose it altogether and make him understand just how demeaning and ego driven that he really was. Thankfully, I didn't have to intervene, and the flight arrived just as I was about to open my mouth and make a scene.
Finding myself behind him, I kept looking up and down his body and licking my lips in anticipation, thinking that maybe I could look past everything else and just reach out and touch him. Pulling myself back from the brink of disaster, I couldn't believe that I was drawn to this type of man, because any time that I had met anybody like him, I would turn the other way and make sure that we never crossed paths again.
The only saving grace was the fact that we certainly never mingled in the same circles, so seeing him out of this environment would probably never happen. Getting on the plane, I couldn't believe my luck, as I was sitting right beside him,
