Chapter 1
Nick P.O.V.
Gia kissed up my chest all the way up to my lips. I was a busy man so quickie lunchtime hookups were all I could really give her.
I had met Gia in the strip club she worked in a little over a year ago. I had gone into the club with my friends for a guy’s night. We hit it off and the rest was history.
I’m a married billionaire playboy who works as the CEO for my father’s company. My wife and I have been married for nine years and have a five-year-old son and are now expecting our second child.
All this time I had been seeing Gia I had never told her about my marital status as far as Gia was concerned I was single and just a rich guy.
Babe I want more than just lunch breaks, weekends, and late night booty calls,
Gia said.
Gia knew I was very sought after and knew she was just lucky enough to have me rent out hotel suites for us from time to time. She didn’t complain much about our relationship because I was doing everything for her. After meeting and hooking up the night we met at the strip club I had mad sure to pursue Gia.
I now had Gia working at a bar lounge that I owned with a friend of mine. I went into the bar most nights to check on things and see Gia but I made sure her job now consisted of her being fully clothed. Her body was now for my eyes only not paying customers.
I know but things are hectic at work and this works for us. You know I have a surprise for you though,
I said.
Gia sat up straddling me while waiting for me to share my news.
What’s the surprise tell me,
Gia said excited.
Well we’ve been together for almost a little over a year now and you’ve been doing so well working at the bar. I’ve now decided that you should move into this beautiful condo I found downtown,
I said.
I watched Gia’s face show shock and excitement.
Nick really! You want to move in with me!
Gia exclaimed bouncing up and down on me.
I had to hold her hips to stop her. She was turning me on and didn’t even know it.
Baby you shouldn’t move like that especially naked,
I teased.
Why not we need to celebrate! I’m so happy Nick!
Gia exclaimed leaning down to place a kiss to my lips.
One thing though. I’m not moving in with you. I’m just buying you a place to stay. I’ll be by to visit more often but I’m not moving in,
I clarified.
Gia tensed up and moved off of me.
Really Nick. I was so excited I thought we were finally taking the next step. Why can’t we just live together already?
Gia asked.
We couldn’t live together because I was married with kids. She didn’t know this but this was the truth. I loved my wife but I also had fallen for Gia as well. My wife was what you call a woman you take with you in public for social status. Gia was a girl that was a wild card and not as Stepford Wife as one may need when they are seen as the business type.
You know work is busy lately and I just can’t commit to moving in right now. I promise when things slow down we’ll work something out ok,
I said.
I leaned over and gave Gia a reassuring kiss before getting up to get dressed. My lunch break was going to end any minute and I needed to get downstairs to the lobby to meet with my father for a business meeting.
So how soon can I move in?
Gia asked.
As soon as you want. I can call the movers today,
I said.
But I have to work tonight,
Gia said.
I have my own key to the place. You can go to work while I take care of your move. When you get off I’ll pick you up and take you home,
I said.
Ok thanks babe.
You’re welcome now get dressed because we have to go. I’ll have a car take you back to your apartment so you can get ready for work tonight.
You’re so good to me Nick. I love you.
I love you too now get your sexy little ass out of bed.
Gia got up and began putting back on her clothes. I was hoping now that I got her a new place we could spend more time together there instead of sneaking around in hotel rooms.
Gia P.O. V.
I’ll check in on you at the club tonight then take you home,
Nick said.
Ok babe. I’ll see you then,
I said.
Nick gave me a long kiss before getting out of the car he had called for me. He had so many people on his payroll so calling me up a personal driver was like ordering a pizza.
Nick got out of the car and closed the door. The driver drove off taking me back home and I thought about how great my afternoon had started off.
I felt like such a lucky woman. Nick and I had met by chance at a strip club I use to work at and just hit it off within seconds of meeting. What I thought would be a quick lap dance turned into a one-night stand, which progressed into us now seeing each other.
Nick was so different from all the guys I use to date. For one he was older than me by eleven years. He was thirty-two and I was twenty-one. But don’t get me wrong he was still hot with abs and a full head of hair that wasn’t turning gray. The other big difference in Nick was that he’s white and I’m black. I never thought I’d want a white man but Nick just had something about him that made me see beyond our race and age differences.
Nick was a hard working businessman who worked for his father’s company and owns a bar with his friend. He also told me he was an only child that was so unlucky in love. I didn’t believe he was unlucky but he told me he could never find a girl to settle down with. That was until he met me that is. He is always telling me that he sees a future for us and I can’t help but feel the same way.
After growing up so dirt poor with a alcoholic father and a druggy mother I never thought I’d grow up to amount to anything. It’s good to know that no matter where you come from you can get a happy ending if you just believe that one day something good will happen to you.
The driver pulled up to my apartment and I got out. I thanked the driver for the ride and went inside my current home. I was so glad to be moving out of this place. My apartment was all right but it wasn’t anything special. It was just a one bedroom, one bath, with a kitchen, small living area, and no balcony.
I had a few hours before I had to go to work so I started getting some of my things together for my move. It was so surreal to think that once I got off work tonight I would be going to my new condo and not living here.
After spending about three hours getting my stuff all packed up as best I could I got dressed for work. I put on a tight cropped top that was cut low and showed off my stomach then I put on some jeans with some high heel boots. I wanted to get the most tips I could so I needed to show a little skin.
Plus I was young and if you got it it’s best to flaunt it.
I arrived at work at seven because I was working until two in the morning.
I clocked in when I got to the bar and then got behind the counter so I could begin my shift.
Hey can I get a sex on the beach,
a guy asked.
Is this for you or your girlfriend?
I asked.
Me why?
the guy asked.
Sex on the beach is a girly drink. But if you want it I’ll make it.
What do you recommend for me if that’s such a girly drink.
A scotch on the rocks could be a good start for a handsome guy like yourself.
Then I’ll have a scotch.
I smiled and poured his drink.
So what’s your name beautiful?
the guy asked.
Taken,
I answered.
Should have expected that. So is it true or is that what you say to all the guys in clubs because you think they’re creeps.
It’s the truth.
Oh well your boyfriend is a lucky guy.
I know but I’m an even luckier girl to have him.
The club wasn’t that busy yet even for a Friday night. I poured the guy a couple more drinks and we started up a light conversation. I was trying to be friendly because I was hoping this guy was a big tipper.
Nick P.O.V.
I got to the club around one in the morning because I wanted to check on things and pick up Gia. I was going to let her off early because her condo was ready and all of her things were moved in. I was hoping to help her christen the place before I went home.
I walked over to the bar and saw Gia flirting with some guy and all I saw was red. Gia was leaning over so her boobs were practically on full display for the dude.
Gia I need to speak to you in my office right now,
I demanded.
I glanced over at the guy and my heart literally almost stopped. I was looking at my little brother. What in the hell was he doing in my club let alone in town? I definitely needed to get Gia away from him before he blew my cover. I had told Gia I was an only child and one slip up from him could ruin everything.
I walked back to my office and Gia followed behind. When we got to my office I slammed the door and locked it.
What in the hell do you think you’re doing out there?
I asked.
Gia walked over to me in a seductive manner and wrapped her arms around my neck.
Nothing babe. I was just serving the guy,
Gia said.
Severing him what? Your body on a silver platter. What have I told you about flirting with customers and dressing like this? Your boobs are hanging out and… why on earth is your stomach on display. This is not a strip club Gia!
I thought it’d help me get better tips babe.
You don’t need tips when you have me. I give you money and pay all your bills. If you need anymore money tell me and I’d provide it for you.
I’m an independent woman Nick. I don’t like just having you take care of me all the time when were…
When were what?
Not married. If we were married it’d be different but we’re not so I have to make sure I have my own just in case.
Just in case what?
You get bored with me and leave. I can’t just rely on a man to take care of me Nick. It’s not in my nature.
"Gia I’m never going to leave you. What have we talked about when it comes to trust? You have to trust that I’m a good guy and I’m here for you no matter what the circumstance.
I know but it’s hard.
Its time to let someone take care of you. Now I’m letting you get off of work early because your stuff is at the condo.
It is!
Yes now go clock out and I’ll meet you at the car.
Ok.
Gia gave me a kiss then unlocked the door and walked out of my office.
I turned off the light and walked back out to the bar. I looked around to find my brother but I didn’t see him. This was just great I lost track of him already no telling what trouble was about to come my way with his sudden reappearance.
Chapter 2
Gia P.O.V.
I woke up from a good night sleep in my new king sized bed. Last night I couldn’t believe what I saw when I walked into my new condo. It was amazing and Nick had decorated it so nicely. It was feminine but still had a hit of masculinity so his presence was known.
Nick also had two cars in my garage. One was a white Bugatti grand sport and the other was a sliver Porsche Panamera turbo executive. Both cars had black interior leather.
I sat up in bed and saw a note left on my nightstand. I knew it had to be from Nick.
Last night when he brought me home we christened the place. We started in the living room, then moved into the kitchen, then the hallway, my bedroom, the bathroom, the shower, then finished off back in bed. When I fell asleep I was guessing he left so he could get back home. He never liked to sleep over with me because he said he lived close to his job so it made it easy for him not to be late to work in the mornings.
I picked up the note and read it.
Good Morning Beautiful,
I had a good time last night helping you christen the new place. I hope your body is not too sore this morning. If so just take a long bath to ease any of the pain. I’m going to be busy for the next few days so I might not be able to see you but at the club. When my workload slows down we’ll take a trip together to get some personal time in. Until then enjoy your new home and cars. I’ll talk to you soon.
Love,
Nick
I loved getting personal letters written by hand. It was so much more personal than a text message or email. I smiled as I folded the note back up and put it in my nightstand drawer. I was going to miss seeing him these next few days but I guess that just left me with more time to bond with my friends.
Nick P.O.V.
I was in the hospital with my wife Courtney. She had just given birth to our second son. She had given birth a couple weeks earlier than expected but as long as she and the baby were health all was good.
I was hoping for a girl but a son was great too. With this pregnancy Courtney didn’t want to find out the sex of the baby until she gave birth. I let her have that since it was the only thing she asked for.
We could always try again to have a girl,
Courtney said.
Maybe in five years Court. You just gave birth lets not jump the gun discussing having more kids,
I said.
Nick where were you last night? I had everyone call you and you didn’t answer your phone. No one knew where you were. I went into labor alone.
I’m sorry honey I was so busy working late and I had my phone turned off. But at least I got here right before you gave the last push.
Yeah I guess you’re right.
Don’t look so sad. Here I got you something.
I pulled out a blue Tiffany’s box and handed it to my beautiful wife. Courtney was a blonde haired blue-eyed bombshell. She use to be in pageants and did a little bit of modeling. She came from a well off family like mine so we were prefect together in everyone’s eyes.
Courtney took the bow off the box and opened it up. In the box was a Tiffany Infinity Bracelet in 18k gold. I knew she had been eyeing any type
