About this ebook
The mind is like a computer and what we feed into it governs its potential for creation. When one's mind understands its function, and is aware of the unlimited potentiality beyond its limited thought processes, it can open itself to more expanded possibilities, enhancing one’s life experience.
This book sets out to bring an awareness in regard to the conscious reality base - the thought structure - that life experience is drawn from. It highlights the mind’s choices of alignment but, before an informed decision can be made, one has to know the possibilities of such choice.
So many in life feel that the veritable light at the end of the tunnel, talked about so futilely, has been turned off, and for many it has. To turn it back on, one has to know where to grope for the switch. Life itself can lead you through the darkness, revealing itself to you in every detail of your life, switching on the light of meaning to light up your life once more.

In order to understand Life one needs to understand oneself, now. In doing so one understands both one’s past and one’s future. Over and above that, one understands the world, the universe, the Life that one is a part of.One’s experience of Life is governed by the feeling ‘quality’ of the reality base claimed for oneself. Feelings resonate vibrationally. They not only draw things to one but govern one’s thought system. Resonant qualities, born of thought and feeling, ripple throughout the whole universe drawing to it like vibrations of this world, of other worlds. As a universal language and communication system resonance, when fully understood, allows one to claim one’s authentic, radiant identity.Becoming aware of oneself as an intricate energy system, in a universe of dynamic energy systems, fields and vortexes, opens doorways to understanding unavailable before. It brings an expanded sense of Life to one rather than that attached to ‘just a body, separate, on its own’. It also gains one great understanding in regard one’s connection to the electromagnetic ocean, its effect upon one’s life, enabling one to restore one’s internal environment to a harmonious balance with the natural rhythm and flow of Life.Kayleen writes about the underlying processes of Life. As a retired Hypnotherapist the fields of Attitudinal Healing, Psychic Energy Dynamics, Resonant Linguistics and Holonomic Resonance became Kayleen’s known. Each step was a doorway into the other, each one a preparation needed to understand the other. Helping others to understand the resonant nature of their vibrational reality base together with the radiant quality of their human energy field, is the focus of her life today. Now Semi-retired Kayleen acts as a Civil Celebrant in Australia, working always to bring all that learned into effect no matter what the activity.

Introduction
When this was first put to print in 1999 I had, for the previous ten years, kept journal entries recording what had been, to me, a tremendous awakening unto Life. Not as I had previously known Life to be, or in the image that mind imagined Life to be, but as Life itself has shown itself to me. In a world where many now strive to retain a semblance of self-worth, to re-identify with the origin of a meaning for life as we experience it, the sharing of one who has striven such may be that needed to encourage another to discover long forgotten but latent inner memories, may give another the courage to dig gently in order to reveal their own internal sacred site, an inner sanctorum where ancient 'signatory' memory can be uncovered, understood, and restored to its meaningful glory in one's daily experience of Life consciously.
So many feel that the veritable light at the end of the tunnel, often talked about so futilely, has been turned off and for many it has. To turn it back on one has to know where to grope for the switch. Life itself can lead you through an inner darkness, reveal Itself to you in every detail of your life, switching on the light of meaning, shedding its radiance to light up your life once more.
Many do not know how to turn on the internal switches but, as I was to find, there is help at hand when one can look beyond the perceptory blindness of the external world to the clear 'in'-sight of one's own internal world. When one's perception can be lifted through 'in'-sight one is able to see the beauty, see the eternal love that underlies all of Life; more importantly, one is able to feel the beauty, feel the love.
Wondering how to present the journals gave me much thought until I saw James Cameron's movie, 'Titanic'. Over these years I had often verbalised that consciousness was on a titanic odyssey of its own. As written in Chapter 18 it became clear how to present the book, and why, as I prepared for a 'Day of Soul Unity' to be shared with others.
Mind's thought processes, the vessel of consciousness lived out of (built upon past beliefs and learned behavioural patterns holding a belief that one was separate from Life) plummeting the greater Sea of Consciousness to depths not experienced before, affording mind comprehension of the role consciousness plays in Life's own scheme of things. A form that would give it's life; a form that would let go so that another could live, the form letting go being a conscious reality base holding a sense of a life, of a love outside of itself, with a basic knowledge of the physical self only. The form that would live on being a reality base encompassing an experiential knowing re the signatory nature of the inner core of one's life, an inner sanctorum where the 'whole' of any field reality can be nurtured from; a form able to embrace the vibrational radiance of its own inner love, a form ready to acknowledge and work together with its formless counterpart, the enigmatic substance of Life.
James Cameron used tragedy to provide the background to a simple love story, it would seem, but with a depth far beyond simple; a tragedy of life to portray the tragedy of Life, where human arrogance still takes precedence over the necessities for survival. One's own survival, and that of the human species as a whole, depends upon an understanding of the enigmatic substance of Life, the immortal aspect of all things, and the part in plays in all of our lives.
Rose and Jack, the two main characters ('Rose', symbolising the love vibration and 'Jack', as in Jack Lightning, symbolising the light of knowing within ourselves) playing out the merging of these aspects within our own Being able to restore us, and our lives, to a former glory long forgotten but latently remembered.
This epistle was written, many years ago now, so that those who despair shall know that there is a 'love that does go on', a purpose to Life beyond the accepted sense of Life, writing it as my personal experience and all contained in its pages as it was experienced. Life is screaming at us to listen, we hear it in the moans of the living dead all over the world, the cries of the starving and the screams of war tortured Souls. Life wants us to know that it does not have to be like this. Are we ready yet to hear? I was!
Kayleen.

If there truly is a God let me know, let me see, let me feel ...
Life had brought me to a place where the mind could not cope anymore, had lost its grip, the experience one of total confusion, a confusion bordering insanity, or so it felt, the mind not knowing whether to cross that border totally or if there just might be some reason to remain on this side of it.
In this state of mind, one that had broken down every sense of any reality I'd known up to this point, I witnessed something so unreal, but so very real, that it changed my life overnight.
A presence stood, as if at the end of my bed; an etheric form of Being but also very tangible. No doubt a brain construct but, nevertheless, an answer to that 'cry in the wilderness'. A robed form, with a face of shining light so strong as to be blinding but not hurting the eyes at all, with a strength of love emanating that my heart was touched forever. The words 'take this hand, it will be ever there for you' quite distinctly heard within mind as the hand motioned toward me, disappearing as it did so; not the memory though, that has never left. The 'hand' forged itself upon my mind, holding me then and every day since, pulling me back into life as I never knew Life before, forever embraced in a love never felt or known before.
I did not know that this was my 'Jack' entering my life, saving me from drowning, pulling me back across the rail, asking me to trust enough to be set free in every way that one can be set free, to fly!
_________
I had a unit, right across the road from the beach. Sitting upon its surrounding balcony, and from its third floor vantage point, I would gaze at the water knowing that 'the strength that is in the sea was in me', not knowing why I knew but drawing strength from the knowing, this line going over and over again in my mind. Water energy, at this time, my healing balm; my small one bedroom unit the cocoon I had entered for transformation.
I was shattered at this time in my life, all known experience having been ripped away in circumstance seemingly beyond my control, not understanding or being able to make any sense of any aspect of the present. To a person so methodical in approach, disciplined in behaviour, organised to the nth degree, it was an ego-shattering experience just as it was designed to be. All that validated me as the person I knew unable to do so any longer, the resulting identity crisis reducing me to nothingness. I felt as 'Humpty Dumpty' must have when he fell from the wall and lay waiting 'for all the Kings horses and all the Kings men to come and put him back together again'.
With the mind screaming out for answers, the heart searching to reunite with the love it now knew existed, my whole Being stretched as if on a rack, the searing of the heart's awakening into a whole new dimension of feeling bringing expansion unrecognisable in the wake of the shattering. The water seemed to be my only remaining connection to Life, a bridge between past and present although, at the same time, as a watery grave claiming all that had been.
The hand returning me back across the rail did not let go, albeit
