About this ebook
THE JOURNEY OF MAN SEEKING HIS OWN SELF
The sages of all times say that to realize the truth we need to return to the innocence of a child! Do you really believe that to become childlike is necessary to study super complex subjects for years in a row?
A lot of noise is produced in the name of spirituality, and if one tenth of the time that is devoted to spiritual noise is dedicated to silence and introspection, certainly Truth will manifest!
Any path will do, either concentration or abstraction, either by affirmation or denial, either by contraction or expansion. Pick that which suits you best.
In reality there is only one path, your own. In reality only you "exist". Any path will take you "there", because you really never left "there". You are the Supreme Being, absolute, eternal, perfect, and ever free.

About the Author
Foreword
If you are coming in contact with this book, then you’re certainly a Seeker of Truth! And it is especially for the Seekers of Truth that this book was compiled.
The essence of this book is to take you on a discovery journey of your deepest and truest nature. As a true spiritual master, Satyavan doesn’t teach us anything new – nothing you don’t already know, but may have forgotten. Don’t expect to find here new spiritual information, beliefs or behavior tips. Neither will you find new theories or philosophical discussions.
On the contrary, this book will encourage you to be more inquisitive and investigative, and to eliminate what separates you from what you really are. It will encourage you to seek and find your own truth. His words are an invitation for you to face yourself, look within, and start your return to Origin.
This book is a selection of texts written by Satyavan and conversations he had with seekers who, over many years, joined him in Satsang (which means meeting with Truth). In these meetings, seekers have the opportunity to clarify doubts about their spiritual journey and seek guidance for their practice of inner discipline.
These texts are written in informal style – it looks like Satyavan is talking directly to each reader. His message will find an echo in the earnest seekers, hence it speaks to the heart. It is direct, practical, outspoken. It is provocative and cozy. And carries a profound wisdom.
To benefit the most from the reading, I suggest you plunge into the texts. Let yourself be absorbed by the messages, rather than trying to fit them in your current mindset. Explore these new perspectives, in which these words are mere indicators of something much bigger. Let these words take you back into yourself, from where Absolute Peace and Serenity emanate.
Read the texts in any order, but do it calmly and introspectively. Thus, you will allow the content to be absorbed not only by your intellect, but rather by your heart. I invite you to see how, with every new reading of each text, new insights are revealed. It is a sign that these words are touching more deeply your heart, the actual recipient of these teachings.
I met Satyavan in a time of great turmoil in my life. Seeking his guidance all these years and being in his presence were a profound and transforming experience, and have led me to a more intense spiritual quest. In times of trouble, his words give me strength to endure unexpected or unpleasant situations. In quieter moments, his words are like an instant balm and offer replenishment of the most vital nourishment we need: vibrations of love, goodness and purity.
In summary, meeting Satyavan represented the end of my search for a counselor, guide, or guru – there is simply nothing else to be found out there
. And it had the powerful effect of directing me entirely for my internal search, of who I really am.
Thus, the objective of this book is to enable access to other seekers interested in these rare teachings. Like many who have benefited from these teachings, I sincerely hope that others can also receive something that was (and still is) extremely precious to me.
The realization of this project is supported entirely by donations, commitment and contribution of those who have benefited from these teachings, and wish to share this blessing. I thank everyone who made this book possible, especially to those who have expressed their genuine love contributing (directly or indirectly) by participating in dialogues, testimonials, support, donations and disseminating.
And to you, reader, I sincerely wish that reading this book renovates your incentive and provides a firm support for you to relentlessly continue in your search for Truth.
Ricardo Fischmann
Preface
For the Seekers of Truth, of Freedom, of Supreme Joy !
If you are in search of Truth, of Freedom, of Supreme Joy, it is for you that I'm here! A grain of time where fantasy has become real, and Reality has become fantasy... And so it is with the present recognition of Existence by the so-called existence, of the Real by illusion...
What makes you move forward? Where and why did it all began? Do you still remember, my friend? Did you really wanted to learn all these systems, all this knowledge
? I wonder if that was really your need, or would it be something simpler, more intimate, more existential?
The reason why you haven’t found true peace in your heart or Realization, if by the way you're a veteran
seeker, it doesn’t have to do with any failure in understanding all this knowledge you've been learning, but relates to the fact that this same knowledge, whatever it may be, has nothing to do with
