    Introduction

    Just like most people in today’s world, I have constantly been trying to lose weight for most of my life. Whether it’s because the media makes everyone look so skinny n perfect or slates anyone who carries a few extra pounds pretty much everyone wants to be healthier and look slimmer. There are multiple diets and eating plans promoted on TV and in books but most of which are short term fixes which we are very unlikely to stick to for any period of time. We either give up after a few days or stick to it longer and do our bodies more damage than good.

    Many weight loss plans or diets actually encourage the body to gain even more weight than you would have should you never have dieted at all. This is because these diets starve the body of one thing or another and when this happens the body reacts by storing fat as it is wondering when it is next going to get the fuel it needs in order for it to function normally.

    I suggest a different approach of making small life changes which are much easier to stick too and which make it much less likely for you to give up on. In the pages to follow you are going to find many tips on losing weight. This is NOT a diet plan where you will lose unsafe amounts of weight too quickly it is simply some recommendations, which if you use on an ongoing basis you should find it easier to lose
