      A good introduction to the characters-I tried the prequel to see if I wanted to read the full romance for these characters and I will be reading it.

      I can't ignore the narrator's voice. She is not a suitable narrator for this story. I couldn't finish it. :(

      Dang it was so bad! The writing, the narrators voice was brutal this was a really significant dud! Don’t waste your time

      Good book. Just felt like a lot was left off. Wish next book was available in hopes of understanding since this is a prequel.

      I read this novella way out of order thinking that it was the series prequel (it clearly states 4.5 so that is completely on me). I enjoyed the writer's style and that she had fun with the story! I will go back to the first book in the series now... ?
