It was a cute collection of stories. Sometimes I got really annoyed at the characters, though. The sheriff's story line needs some work and Jolene.. we'll.. withholding info from her sisters may have fulfilled the plots needs, but it doesn't seem in character.. or believable.

12-14 year old girls would probably love these books. Any older & you will recognize that it is just a rehashing of The Goonies & Charmed.

It wasn't bad...I like these books for work, keeps me entertained, easy to follow while I'm multitasking...good little reads. There was a weird glitch / repeat of a sentence near the end of the first book.

They're cute little stories that I can listen to while I'm doing other things and not lose the plot..
However I can't believe no one else has mentioned that every so often you hear a man yelling something in the background ! It sounds like the same word all the time. I'm not sure if it's part of what keeps the narrator on tempo or whatever but it's annoying

I love audiobooks. Keeps my mind busy when complete daily tasks. The narrator usually keeps me interested in the series or novel. Unfortunately, this narrator did not. Her voice is flat, to breathy(spelling) and flat out dull. It’s was a painful listen. Enjoy the story line.

Great series! A little paranormal, love of sisters, and a lot of adventures.

The story line was good but the first 3 books were too heavy on the silly romance, with characters distracted by the warmth of a muscular chest beneath the tight fitting sweaty t shirt.

U couldn't get through the whole thing. I'd say it was written for ages 10 to 12. It is a slightly older version of the famous five and the boxcar children. Not very realistic and utterly predictable. But for that age probably interesting. A quote from the book: "she had lived in the small town all her life and there had only been three or four murders and now there were two in one week!" Give me a brake!
