About this audiobook
Reese Walker doesn't like people. What she likes is silence and being left alone. The thing she loves most about recording audiobooks is that she doesn't have to leave her Chicago apartment to do it. And she hasn't for nearly a year. But with an unavoidable bill going to collections that puts her sister's treatment at risk, she has no choice but to take a job that pushes her out of her comfort zone.
After a disastrous blow to her career, Arden Abbott needs a comeback. Step one: a successful book launch, including an audiobook. She doesn't trust anyone else to oversee every aspect of the project. Arden knows she's ready to resume the life she had before her dreams fell apart, all she has to do is prove it to everyone around her.
When Reese and Arden meet, sparks fly and then they combust. Will Reese crack under the constant pressure from Arden? Can she possibly read a sex scene with the woman who wrote it interrupting to correct her pronunciation of words she is saying 100% correctly? Or can they step outside their comfort zones long enough to meet in the middle . . .
Contains mature themes.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Cute. Sweet. Slap sticky. Not Abby Craden’s best as she spoke too fast and rushed things.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazingly deep storytelling in a romance. I thoroughly enjoyed every second and the character building was amazing. There was a point where the main character is faced with an impossible choice where she can't seem to please anyone, and I could confidently say it was a very realistic problem. I loved the way the plot flowed and the romance developed, it was not too slow nor too fast. Amazing job!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A really great story. I enjoyed it and the characters.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Surprisingly good! I was skeptical of the plot line and a new author, but damn if I didn’t laugh out loud and thoroughly enjoy the spicey courtship. If you’re a fan of EJ Noyes, give this book a try.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Brilliant! I love the Bexley and Craden combo :-) Pure gold!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was cute! They had fun chemistry, fun banter. Honestly, this story could have been much longer if we spent more time with the other characters; all of which I enjoyed. Of course these things are predictable— but give me a predictable happy ending in this world. Please!
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Would of been five stars if it was longer it was way too rushed and if she laid off all the indoctrination of the authors obvious views. No more of this author for me. Abby Craden best thing about audiobook.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Sooo good! Loved the story, characters, lines, everything! Abby Craden, fab as usual!
