I HOPE you’re reading this on a beach or by the pool or on the couch, chilling hard on these less-frantic post-Christmas days. Another year has come and gone, a new one awaits with all the uncertainty and hope a fresh calendar brings.

This is also the time of year we arm ourselves with resolutions: get fit, eat healthier, read more, stress less, drink more water – the list can be long and varied.

In the beginning we feel motivated but as time goes on the temptation of that piece of cake becomes hard to fight, watching another Netflix show seems like a better idea than going to the gym and will anyone really care if you have a second glass of wine after resolving you’d have only one?
