On returning from work, Harjeet Singh Rai, from Blacktown in Sydney, was startled to find that in his absence someone had piled 500 used tyres in his driveway, making it almost impossible to get into the house. On CCTV, two men could be seen unloading the tyres, but nothing was visible to help him work out where they came from. Rai believed the tyres arrived due to an address mix-up.
