Fractions don’t have to overwhelm you.
Decimal fractions are different from common fractions because they don’t have a numerator and a denominator but are alongside each other with a comma separating whole numbers from the decimal fractions. You start learning in Grade 3 that fractions must be divided into equal parts. When you understand and master common fractions well, you can start learning about decimal fractions.
Decimal fractions can be mastered if you practise them regularly.
