have told Danni Eickenhorst five years ago that she'd be one of St. Louis’ most prominent restaurateurs— with two beloved brands, five locations, and two more on the way— she would have laughed. A nonprofit expert and communications pro by trade, Eichenhorst was already thriving in her career when she added restaurateur to her resume by acquiring The Fountain on Locust and Steve's Hot Dogs.
