Curry Merry Muster Festival

During the winter months the northwest Queensland town of Cloncurry has a busy social calendar. From the District Show in June, and the Stockman’s Challenge in July to the Curry Merry Muster Festival on the first weekend of August this little community demonstrates how well it puts on an event.

The Curry Merry Muster Festival has been running since 1954 and has only missed one year in that time due to COVID restrictions. As President Janessa Bidgood says, this event would not be possible without all of the support of the many wonderful sponsors and the hard-working team behind the scenes. Volunteers too
