WASHING AND CLEANING

If you are reusing your own denim items you will know they have been washed and whether there are any worn or stained areas but if you have been given a piece of clothing or purchased it from a charity shop, then the first thing to do is wash the item.

Check it for dirty marks, ripped areas, holes and worn areas. Cut away and discard any dirty or soiled areas,
