Wild nights down under

I discovered your magazine about the same time I discovered the role of cottage culture in Canada. Despite being Australian, it immediately felt familiar and reminded me of our coastal shack life back home and how it’s also an integral part of our nation’s identity.

Now that my time living in Ontario is over, I rely on the pages of Cottage Life to transport me back to that beautiful part of the world. It allows me to relive happy memories spent near Bracebridge, assimilating into Canadian culture.
