When Jessica Chambers, 19, left her mother’s house, in jogging bottoms and a jumper, she didn’t plan to be out long.
A short time later, she was seen at a petrol station two miles away, filling up her car, her blonde hair in a scruffy bun.
She called her mum to say she was grabbing something to eat and getting her car cleaned.
