Winds and gales have their own magic
As autumn begins, it’s not unusual to experience windy weather – and of course, it’s a phenomenon that’s far from unique to the UK.
Hurricane season in the Atlantic begins on 1 June and ends on 30 November, with winds over 39mph classified as hurricanes. Storm Elsa was the first of this year’s hurricanes, sweeping over the Caribbean on 1 July, with many more predicted to come!
