HERB QUEEN

For Janine Honiball, who grew up on a farm, planting and sowing has always been an integral part of her life. When her health forced her in 2017 to cut out all colourants, flavourants and preservatives from her and her family’s meals, herbs were the natural answer to her search for a healthier way to add flavour to their food. It became a wonderful hobby and a later also her business, La Vie.
