“Though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.” – 1 Corinthians 13:2

LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

Jesus did not say that people would know that we are His disciples by how much we own, nor by how rich or powerful we are, but by the way we love one another (John 13:35)! This was the new commandment that Jesus left His disciples, and is addressed – 1 John 4:7. The Bible has much to say about love because God is love and it all happened because – John 3:16. Church today has become so religious. People come and go with no real bond of love existing between them. Many greet each other; others sometimes hug, but the sense of ‘family’ and true spirit of brotherly love is often absent. Many will brag about how big their church is, or about how many people are being brought to Christ, but where is the fragrance of the love of Jesus? If this is not manifest, what are we left with? Brothers and sisters, if there is one thing that Jesus delights in, it is when He sees His children loving one another with His love! That has been His desire since the beginning. Let us therefore allow the Holy Spirit to do this work in us; to give us His heart so we can really come to love one another as He loves us (1 John 4:11).
