Development of information society brought us to position that we have to explore what is going on beyond yesterday frontiers. Especially, we have to explore areas where we collect, develop and use information to create new knowledge and new values. What was reflection of that development in a process of collection business information and is there any connection in that process, with activities of national intelligence services, was what author was looking for. Author tried to brought up definitions of different activities, define areas of there operation/activities and show differences in methodology and practical use of special activities and technical measures between CI professionals and activities of national intelligence services.

Razvojem informacijskog drustva došli smo u situaciju potrebe ozbiljnog sagledavanja promjene na dosadasnjem horizontu znanja. Potrebno je istražiti podrucja u kojima prikupljamo, unaprjeđujemo i koristimo informacije s ciljem stvaranja novog znanja i novih vrijednosti. Koja je posljedica razvoja na proces prikupljanja poslovnih informacija te ima li taj proces s djelovanjima nacionalnih sigurnosno-izvjestajnih sustava je predmet ovog clanka. Autor navodi prijedloge definicija razlicitih oblika tematskih djelovanja, određuje njihova podrucja i prikazuje razlike u metodologiji prikupljanja i koristenja poslovnih informacija s obzirom na privatne i državne tvrtke i institucije.

The decision-making process is vital in organizations, having strategic information on time and anywhere has become key for managers in organizations. Therefore, business intelligence systems have become key allies in the strategic development of companies and more organizations are investing in the implementation of such systems. However, the implementation process is complex by its nature as an information system, and expensive due to human and financial resources necessary to execute this project, so any delay has a large economic impact for the organization. Given this, it is necessary to know the structure of the implementation process, and the different categories that this system encompasses, in order to know the process and detect possible bottlenecks, find solutions to the main implementation problems and optimize the implementation process , saving companies time and costs.

Oleh karena itu, Indonesia Information Security Forum (IISF) yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Keamanan Informasi, Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika, Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia yang bekerja sama dengan Institut Teknologi Telkom (IT Telkom) akan mengadakan dialog secara fokus dan inklusif antara pihak khusus yang menangani keamanan informasi termasuk dari pemerintah, peneliti, industri, akademisi dan masyarakat sipil dalam bentuk publikasi ilmiah dengan tema Sistem Keamanan dan Transaksi Elektronik.

A purpose for reduce Business Intelligence project fails based on data sanitation. Data management strategies is used by organizations in order to support decision make process. Business Intelligence (BI) is presented by Data Systems as a skill to supply this demand. However, this skill must be as reliable as possible, because if any inconsistence appears on generated information, irreversible damages may occur on organizations. Evidences show that great part of BI unsatisfactory results is related to project fails. So, this work suggest a purpose to reduce BI project fails by a structural methodology focused on effective actions, that pursuit minimize gaps, in terms of data-base quality. The purpose presented on this work have the objective of increase BI project performance dealing with data sanitation, process that use techniques and mechanisms for data cleaning.

The business done with help of Information Technology helps reducing manual work and gives high returns. Here we discuss about the prevailing billing system and how to incorporate the Digital Receipt system in the present scenario. We here discuss four specific ways to implement digital receipts. The Bluetooth, available in most mobile phones and customer gets receipts on the spot. The SMS/MMS service can be used to deliver the receipt in the SMS format of in image type via MMS. The E-mail could be sent to the customers Id with the receipt attached in PDF or image format. The receipt in any format could also be shared over the cloud. These ways to implement the digitalization are discussed in the sections later in detail. The main advantage of the digital receipts is to reduce the use of Paper in this day by day degrading environment. Also this reduces the regular cost of paper rolls involved in billing for the company. The customers get a safe and long lasting receipt. Advantages of implementation of digital receipts have also been mentioned of in the sections later.

RESUMEN. La mayoría de empresas adquieren o cuentan con sistemas de información para la gestión de sus negocios, estos muchas veces son desarrollados basándose y alineándose para una sola empresa; en el proceso de desarrollo de dichos sistemas, en la etapa del diseño de la base de datos se busca como parte de la organización y administración de la información no incurrir en los problemas más comunes como lo son la redundancia e inconsistencia de los datos, falta de flexibilidad, seguridad defectuosa, dependencia y falta de compartición y disponibilidad de los datos. Muchas veces, no siempre, se logran estos objetivos mediante el sistema y su base de datos, pero, a nivel individual o de una empresa, pues, si se analiza la información de todas las bases de datos de las empresas que conformen un grupo empresarial o multiempresas y que cuenten con dicho sistema de información, se podrá evidenciar que se incurren en varios de los problemas descritos, principalmente en la redundancia e inconsistencia de datos. La presente investigación muestra un modelo de diseño de base de datos relacional, desarrollado bajo los enfoques orientado a objetos y modelo de programación por capas, que permita desarrollar sistemas de información a nivel multiempresas y que aseguren la integridad de la información evitando principalmente la redundancia e inconsistencia de datos tanto a nivel individual (por empresa) así como a nivel grupal (multiempresa). Business Intelligence merupakan sebuah proses untuk melakukan ekstraksi data-data operasional perusahaan dan mengumpulkannya dalam sebuah data warehouse. Selama proses ekstraksi juga dapat dilakukan transformasi den-gan menerapkan berbagai formula, agregasi, maupun validasi sehingga didapat data yang sesuai dengan kepentingan analisis bisnis. Selanjutnya data di data warehouse diproses menggunakan berbagai analisis statistik dalam proses data mining, sehingga didapat berbagai kecenderungan atau pattern dari data.

Las formas de realizar transacciones han cambiado de la mano de los avances en las nuevas tecnologías. Los consumidores, gracias a estos avances, tenemos acceso de forma fácil y rápida a gran cantidad de información. A su vez, hemos integrado los nuevos dispositivos en nuestro estilo de vida y adoptado nuevos comportamientos de compra. El presente trabajo estudiará como los cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor obligan a las empresas a diseñar e implementar nuevas estrategias de marketing. Estas estrategias se basaran en la búsqueda de la integración de todos los canales de venta para ofrecer una imagen homogénea y una experiencia de compra única. Los consumidores pueden integrar fácilmente todos los canales en su proceso de compra, por ejemplo, desde iniciar una búsqueda en Internet hasta comprar en la tienda. Asimismo, mostraremos dos tecnologías que ya se emplean y que las empresas pueden utilizar para integrar y coordinar los canales de distribución. Finalmente, con el objetivo de conocer la opinión y perspectivas de nuestro entorno más cercano hemos llevado a cabo una investigación de mercado que recoge preguntas de los temas tratados.

Asymmetric cryptographic algorithms are a robust technology used to reduce security threats in the transmission of messages on the network. Nowadays, one of the disadvantages are the mathematical solutions because they require a greater amount of calculation that leads to the need for increased use of computational resources. This paper aims to optimize the RSA encryption algorithm and thus improve the security, integrity and availability of information. The results show the efficiency and functionality of the RSA algorithm in terms of information security. Also, we can see that time, memory, processor and network performance when performing encryption and decryption are lower than other RSA solutions, because calculations are performed on the client and server.

Rekabet koşullarının yoğun olduğu fakat rekabet araçlarının SPK, NFA, FSA, SEC gibi yasal kurumlarca kontrol altında tutulduğu borsa aracılığı faaliyetlerinde iş zekası ve veri madenciliği ile müşteri ilişkileri yönetiminin(MİY) mevcut durumu ve geleceği hakkında bilgi sağlamak çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Türev piyasaların en çok geliştiği ABD’de de NFA’ye kayıtlı ve türev piyasaların gelişmekte olduğu Türkiye’de SPK’ya kayıtlı türev piyasa aracı kurumlarına yönelik düzenlenen anket ile iki ayrı sahada alan araştırması düzenlenmiştir. Anket sonuçları SPSS istatistik paket programı ile analiz edilerek iki ülkedeki borsa aracı kurumlarında iş zekası ve veri madenciliği ile müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi mukayese edilmiştir.

In stock broker activities with densed competition conditions but tools for the competition being under control of legal institutions such as SPK, NFA, FSA and SEC, providing information on the current status and the future of customer relations management via business intelligence and data mining, forms the aim of the study. With the survey applied to the brokerage companies registered to the NFA in the U.S where the derivative market is the most developed and to the SPK in Turkey where the derivative market is developing, a field study on 2 distinct areas is organized. Survey results are analyzed by SPSS statistical package software and customer relations management via business intelligence and data mining in brokerage companies in the two countries were compared.

Çalışmanın ilk üç bölümünde iş zekası  ve veri madenciliği ile müşteri ilişkileri kavramlarının birbirleri ile ilişkileri aktarılırken dördüncü bölümde mobil cihazlar aracılığıyla müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi ile müşteri/potansiyel müşterilere gerçek zamanlı erişim aktarılmaktadır. Sonuç bölümünde ise iş zekası ve veri madenciliğiyle mobil cihazlar aracılığıyla müşteri ilişkileri yönetiminin geleceği ve işletmelere yönelik politika önerileri yer almaktadır.

Reasoning of rules are modified from forward chaining method so results can be used as an overview of mobile counseling. Research is not to make justification mental disorder, it is just probability of mental disorder. Abstrak : Penggunaan perangkat mobile seperti ponsel cerdas (smartphone) menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat, dikarenakan kemultifungsian perangkat mobile, harga yang relatif terjangkau, dukungan akses jaringan internet yang semakin mudah, murah dan cepat. Perkembangan kota modern dengan tingkat kemacetan lalu lintas, polusi, kesenjangan sosial, padatnya lapangan pekerjaan berdampak pada tingginya tingkat stress warga kota. Tingkat stress dapat menimbulkan gangguan psikologi dan dapat dialami oleh siapa saja, hanya pemicunya yang beragam. Kondisi ini dapat diminimalisasi dengan bantuan penanganan seorang psikolog melalui wawancara (teknik tanya jawab) dalam penggalian permasalahan yang dialami oleh klien. Wawancara merupakan bagian dari tahap konseling. Minimnya jumlah konseling psikologi klinis dengan para psikolog menjadi salah satu faktor pemikiran pembangunan aplikasi gangguan psikologi bermetode Sistem Pakar Forward Chaining dalam mendiagnosa awal kemungkinan gejala gangguan psikologi. Hasil mobile konseling merupakan gambaran proses konseling dengan psikolog, dan tidak menjustifikasi gangguan psikologi yang diderita klien.

El objetivo de este artículo es contribuir al estudio de la transgresión del género en el mercadeo y ayudar a demostrar que lo que anteriormente se dirigía al consumo femenino, también puede ser dirigido al consumo masculino. Para ello, se busca responder la pregunta ¿los hombres heterosexuales están dispuestos a comprar productos que son de uso típicamente femenino a pesar de asociar esta intención de compra con la homosexualidad? Lo anterior permitirá indagar sobre si las empresas pueden dirigir productos de uso típicamente femenino a hombres heterosexuales encontrando una intención de compra positiva sin perjudicar la marca en el proceso. Para tal fin, se procedió a realizar una encuesta que midió la intención de compra, la identidad sexual, la agradabilidad de la marca, el grado de asociación de estos productos con la homosexualidad y la tolerancia a dicha identidad sexual. El tratamiento estadístico de las variables permitió encontrar que los hombres heterosexuales aun no están dispuestos a comprar productos de uso típicamente femenino independiente de su respeto por la homosexualidad. El estudio concluye que las empresas aun deben abordar con mayor cautela este tipo de mercados y estudiar mejor la transgresión del género en el mercadeo antes de lanzar un producto de uso típicamente femenino a hombres.

El objetivo del trabajo es cuantificar el grado de correlación existente entre algunos factores que a priori condicionarían los resultados de las delegaciones nacionales en las citas olímpicas, y la cantidad de medallas logradas.
Para ello nos enfocamos en la situación argentina y decidimos contrastarla con la realidad de las naciones que conforman la Unión Europea, dada la disponibilidad y facilidad de acceso en materia estadística.

SOX Law in effect nowadays is worldwide facto standard for financial and economical operations of private sector with the main objective to protect investors of private sector and promote the financial health of private companies. In this framework we have developed a decision support intelligent expert model to help SOX control bodies, companies and auditors to support their SOX compliance decisions based on well founded bases like Artificial Intelligence and Theory of Argumentation. The model here presented incorporates several key concepts like pre-existing expert knowledge base, a formalized and structure way to evaluate an existing business case focusing on the Imports Process, a semi automated fuzzy dynamic knowledge learning protocol and an structure method to evolve based on the facts of the business case and suggest an specific decision about the SOX compatibility of the specific business case.

The working environment of railways is challenging and complex and often involves high-risk operations. These operations affect both the company staff and inhabitants of the towns and cities alongside the railway lines. To reduce the employees' and public's exposure to risk, railway companies adopt strategies involving trained safety personnel, advanced forms of technology, and special work processes. Nevertheless, unfortunate incidents still occur. To assist railway safety management, researchers developed a visual-analytics system. Using a data analytics workflow, it compiles an incident risk index that processes information about railway incidents. It displays the index on a geographical map, together with socioeconomic information about the associated towns and cities. Feedback on this system suggests that safety engineers and experts can use it to make and communicate decisions

which leads towards reaching the established business goals of a company.

Our core technique uses computer vision to create an approximate 3D structure of the object and camera, and applies mobile phone sensors to scale and rotate the structure to its absolute configuration. We believe that OPS show promising results, enabling a variety of applications. Our ongoing work is focused on coping with large GPS errors, which proves to be the prime limitation of the current prototype.
