This report seeks to aid Cedarwood Public School (CPS) educators and administrators learn more about the experiences of their trans and nonbinary high school students through a qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with 22 trans and nonbinary Cedarwood residents 15-20 years old. Twenty participants were current Cedarwood High School (CHS) students, one was a recent alum, and one participant chose a private high school after attending CPS in earlier grades. The goal of this report is to (1) analyze existing CPS data from other equity studies highlighting LGBTQ+ experiences, (2) present the key themes that emerged from the interview data, and (3) offer possible ways forward that build on CPS’ work and care around DEI to increase trans and nonbinary students’ sense of belonging and access to learning and extracurricular activities at CPS. The suggestions offered in this report are supported by the interview data and the growing literature on trans kids’ experiences at school.

Good ethics is a good business. Bad ethics can derail even the best organizations. The framework of employment relationship necessitates continuous interrogation of the complex issues, which arise from the difference between productivity and employees' commitment. This paper examines the effects of etiquette and unethical behaviour on employee commitment and productivity in India. A descriptive survey research method was adopted for the study using 100 questionnaires, which were administered on Employees in different sectors in India. Secondary data as well as documented evidence were used for the data collection. The sampling procedure was carried out randomly. The data collected were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling and supported by descriptive statistics. Each item was based on a 5-Point-Likert scale. AMOS 22 was adopted in testing the hypotheses. The data was presented with the use of SPSS while Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized. The results show that significant relationship exists between ethical standards and organisational productivity, in India.
THESIS COMMITTEE CHAIR: LtCol Theodore R. McKeldin, USMCR COMMITTEE MEMBER: CAPT Dean B. Markussen, USNR I posed a question to a fellow intelligence analyst regarding the historical accuracy of our opinions and predictions; how many times have we been right? He answered rather sardonically, "Not, much". His answer led me to research models that could help analysts explore the underpinnings of individual, group, and/or organizational/state dynamics in context of interactions whether through exchange, cooperation, compromise, or conflict. The primary focus of this thesis will be the use of economic and other social science tools to better examine, explain, and (attempt to) forecast (>50% of the time accuracy, ad infinitum) social phenomena. The topics explored are particularly relevant to intelligence analyst who must interpret complex phenomena and explain 'what happened', 'what's happening', and 'what's going to happen' and allow decision makers to economize and address problems with finite resources. The topic asks the question, "On what experience or with what education are analyst providing explanatory or predictive analysis regarding individual or group intentions, polity atmospherics, and enemy assessments?" The thesis topic provides the writer with the opportunity to examine numerous social, economic, and systems methodologies and tools; recommend the use of the methodology or tool in the Intelligence Community (IC), and explore the methodology or tool's applicability to present conflict throughout the spectrum of conflict. 1 Chapter two surveys the foundations of social scientific methodology by reviewing the history of debate regarding the individual and group interest. It explores the roots of individual and group behavior under varying conditions, and the reactions and influences of individuals and groups given variable (e.g., self-interest, emotional reactions, group influence) desires. Once the foundation is laid, Chapter three explores the impossibility of complete information and its connection to the past, and shows how using social scientific methodology can assist analyst in producing a better picture of events or phenomena. The latter four chapters consider real life examples from the abstract (defining today's reality) to the specific (examining the spectrum of groups for the individual to the nation) and interpret phenomena through a social scientific lens on a systems screen in hopes of understanding the effects of individual behavior on the aggregate and vice versa. Chapter four tests the methodology by examining the new realities of a complex world and provides recommendations of how to influence bad actors in this environment.

In this presentation, I approach the classical Catholic theology of creation from the point of view of contemporary - scientifically informed - understanding of the universe and laws of nature that govern its development and changes. I emphasize some crucial aspects of the Thomistic understanding of the God-world relationship, including: (1) Aquinas's definition of creation, (2) goodness of creatures and their dignity as causes, (3) the capacity of the Thomistic system to embrace evolutionary view of reality, and (4) its conviction about the intelligibility of creation which grounds the tradition of natural theology.
The article provides an overview of the general problematics concerning the image when teaching a foreign language. The reason for the survey was the realisation that the presence of the image in a foreign language lesson poses problems as to the use of the image itself and its utilisation. The ‘revolution’ that the communicative approach created in language teaching, a part of which was the greater use of images in language textbooks, did not make sufficient use of the image to produce cultural information and make it understood. That is, while the language textbook has theoretically entered a European dimension, the prospects of ‘reading’ images in textbooks remain virtually untapped.

This paper reports on a longitudinal qualitative study on the role of MNEs as catalysts and incubators in the dynamic evolution of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. This study describes and explains how MNEs not only originated this entrepreneurial ecosystem but also enabled the dynamic evolution of the entrepreneurial ecosystem onwards in related and unrelated technology branches through both shaping technology density in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and spreading technology breadth across the entrepreneurial ecosystem via new venture spinoffs by ex-employees. This facilitated simultaneous entrepreneurial ecosystem specialisation, diversification and connectivity into the global system thereby reducing vulnerability to technological disruption. 2
