Edgar Cayce's Healing Work: The Dietrich Child Case: This case made Cayce famous. A six-year-old girl, Aimee Dietrich, suffered from severe epilepsy. Doctors considered her case hopeless. Cayce, through a trance reading, diagnosed the cause as a spinal injury and infection. He prescribed osteopathic manipulations, leading to Aimee's remarkable recovery. Curing Epilepsy: Cayce successfully cured eight people of epilepsy, a remarkable feat considering the lack of effective medications at the time. The document contrasts this with the challenges of treating epilepsy today, where medication can control seizures in only 70% of cases. Cayce's Approach: Cayce's methods involved a combination of trance readings, osteopathic manipulations, and dietary recommendations.
